I have a son who had a heart transplant when he was 2. He is now 9 and doing ok. I got him into Joes (Golf, hunting and fishing)because he will not be able to do much as far as activity goes as he gets older. we sat him down to talk and told him that just recently he might be eligible for a partial Make A Wish, we told him he could start thinking of things he may want so we could do the paperwork thing for the program. (I am not sure how all that works yet but i am starting to get more details) well he thought about it for like 10 minutes and came back to me and he said "Daddy does this mean i can get a carrier Flagg and let you play with it? You didn't have one as a kid so we can have one for the first time together!" He was sooo excited when i told him all about it and how cool it was and showed him pictures awhile back. (he loves the terror drome i got him. we are currently trying to restore it)
Can you imagine having anything in the world offered to you and he chose to play with his dad? AFTER I STOPPED CRYING LIKE BABY, i thought about it and figured some of you might be able to help me out. i do not want him to waste a wish on something like that (i dont have much money i am gonna have to save for it) so i was wondering if anyone out here in our tankverse had the inside scoop on a deal for a Flagg (even if we have to look and do it piece by piece im sure he wouldnt mind) that i could get for him and i so he doesnt waste a wish? |

My son has holoprosencephaly so I identify with your situation. We collect Joes together also. I'm glad to hear your son is doing well and is into Joes. I don't have any Flagg parts or advice on finding any, but I just wanted you to know my son and I are pulling for you guys. We'll keep our eyes open for deals on the Flagg or parts.

You'll probably get more help in the for sale section, I thought I saw some a few for sale. That's awesome that your son loves you that much, it tells me you must be one helluva dad! My prayers goes out to you and your family.
