I have a few case fresh Gi Joe items I'd like to sell to the collectors on the boards and will attempt to list them with pictures.
Yes, I did post this stuff awhile back, but have been taking care of a grandparent (more like a parent) and my time has been extremely limited. I especially apologize to my fellow board members if any of you got frustrated by my lack of response way back when. I promise you I will do my best to respond ASAP although pictures of an actual item may take a couple of days Even though I have multiples of each of these, the pictures submitted on Hisstank are exemplary of quality examples and are the condition my prices are based upon. I do, however, have these in grades from C-9 to C-6, so let me know what you'd like and I can come up with a fair price. I may also be able to do a bit better if you purchased a few things too!!! Up for sale is a C-8+ unpunched Slaughters Renegades 3-Pack. When I say C-8, I mean near creaseless with excellent firmly attached bubbles and a solid card. I prefer to downplay a grade and have the buyer be happy instead of saying these are perfect and have some of you disappointed. The price for this baby will be $65.00 through either personal check/money order/paypal Please respond to: [email protected] I will be listing other case fresh items both today and tommorrow, so keep an eye out for new listings. Thanks for Looking!!! |

We had a bit of a discussion about your items on yojoe. Did you purchase your case from Ebay user HangTensToyshack? He had lots of old 80s store stock available on ebay that he used to sell a bit of every month.

Hey,
Thanks for the response and I will attempt to answer all your questions. To say there was a "discussion" on Yo Joe woud be to express it lightly. I believe there was someone who said I was an out and out liar because I claimed to have these. But I'd rather not go back that sensitive subject if possible. I believe that's why I wanted to post here first with actual pictures because it seemed people were a little more understanding and cooler heads were prevailing. Yes, these were purchased from Hangtenstoyshack and what I'm selling is their remaining stock of Gi Joe items from original cases. I sincerely believe, from getting to know them personally, that they would like to get out of the toy business and put the money towards other interests. That's just my theory though. But to get the Warehouse stock deals (many other 80's toys too!!) I've had to purchase qauntities worth many thousands of dollars. I'd rather not say how much, because I'm sure I'll get the, "you spent how much on toys?" response, but let's say in the past year I've spent around 6 figures on old warehouse stock toys. I know that sounds like a lot of money, but I do it for the love of eighties toys and to, of course, make a little profit here and there. I can say with some certainty that 75-80% of the case fresh items on Ebay (The items I'm selling I mean) are from cases I sold out of a PA show last December. The thing that sucks about this is, the sellers who bought from me flooded the market, so many of the items are worth less now because of that. But the good thing is: I now have all the remaining stock and the other sellers have sold off their items. Lucky me, I guess??? Hope this clears things up??? Take Care Jeremy |

It does clear things up a bit. And if the items are from Hangtenstoyshack, they will be very high quality. That's where I bought a lot of my moc collection about a decade ago. People who buy from you will have an opportunity to get great, casefresh stuff!

Hey PPforsale,
I wrote a huge response to your last message about my past Yo Joe posts, but I erased it because I want to venture forward here. The past is the past. I should have posted pictures, you're right. On many of the items, I wont have an ability to take a picture of the opened case because the Renegades, for instance, have already been removed from their cases. If you guys know anything about sealed cases of mocs and misbs, it's that they're crammed in there tighter than sardines. So, the Renegades were removed, cleaned, bagged and boarded for resale. On Hangtenstoyshack, I think the common misconception is that everything they sold was mint. Actually, to clarify that statement, what they sold on Ebay was usually pretty mint, but understand that in many cases they were digging through sealed cases to get the nicest ones for Ebay. I, however, got the good with the bad in my purchase. Everything from C-6's to C-9's. I'm an honest collector just like you guys that's why it especially hurts when accusations fly. Check my ebay username z_mans_toys and you can see that I have some sealed Gi joe cases listed or look under completed auctions and see my items that have ended. I sold a bunch of cases to Chris Neal who was set up at the PA show. I believe some collectors from this board know him? Take Care Jeremy |

Chris Neal, the guy from Ohio? He was just at Joecon this past week, right?
He has a ton of stuff, looked like 125 or more boxed vehicles, I don't have any idea how many carded figs, hundreds of loose figs.....and he was super friendly and easy to deal with. So if hes buying stuff from you, you must have some nice warehouse goodies!! |
