Everything is negotiable! In fact, trades are preferred... I'd rather have what I'm looking for than a few bucks in the Papyal account. Prices do not include shipping. Paypal only. All Paypal fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs are actual shipping costs. I really like the small flat rate Priority boxes, so shipping using those is $5. Insurance starts at $2; it is optional but recommended. If it's not insured, and gets lost or mangled by the post office, there's nothing I can do. Larger shipments will most likely go UPS as USPS prices go through the roof once it's considered a "large package." I will ship internationally, but the buyer must have a decent amount of prior feedback first. The buyer must also assume all responsibility for loss, damage, customs seizure, etc. That said, I have yet to have a problem with international shipments.
