I'm glad I managed to get 7 HISS Tanks from Target when they came out. I left one set in each Target store and which I would've scooped those too. The drivers and the tanks seem to be real hot. I also managed to get 10 Specters and 3 Awe Strikers. I just wish I could find the new vehicles as easily as I found my Target exclusives. Good look getting the drivers from the tanks.

I got 2 hiss tanks from target. I scored 2 sets of the new vehicles today. One set i just sold on here. I just need a driver for the new hiss. I will find one eventually, i could probably score one on ebay for cheap

I got the blue HISS in a trade, and the guy said originally that he wasn't including the driver, which was fine, because I figured I'd find one somewhere. He did include a figure with it though. I think it's the red mask Cobra soldier from the comic 2 pack. He also threw in a black CC from the Cobra Legions box set.
