There was once a time when more of us tried to do that, and worked with the past GM to build a story with the game posts (involved some bonuses too). Sadly that aspect of the game has faded. Its unfortunate.

True, I've only been around here for a few months and I'm already tired of the EotL mantra. Joe will stick around, but like you said, its past its prime, at least for now.

Yes, Joe will never be what it was in the 80s. And will never be anywhere close until there is a good tie-in media that appeals to both kids and collectors. But that doesn't mean it will cease to exist either.
