Excellent. I'd rather read this, than any of IDW's other Joe titles.
If the cover art is any indication the artwork it probably also better than any of IDW's other titles too. Last edited by Nemesis*Prime; 12-10-2009 at 09:21 PM.. |

sounds awesome! Ya Larry! Ya classic Marvel! I'm curious if they will tie into any of the DDP continuity (as foreshadowing), of if they will only stick with Marvel. Sean becoming Kamakura was DDP, so i'm curious to see if and how Larry ties into that. I like the classic continuity as well as the current, and Hama is involved in both! Cool!

I'm going to have to agree with Zefram. Even though it cost more every year, we always participate in FCBD as we always have a great sales day with it.

I hope i can snag it. My local comic store will carry at most 4 of each G.I. Joe title...
Do they stockpile these free ones? |

I agree with Woo-Dig-It 100%. While I'm enjoying IDW Joe stories, I much preferred the original continuity and what Devil's Due did with it. I would LOVE to see IDW add to that, so if this actually acts as a bridge between the works of the two publishers, then I think that's great.

I'm suprised something as substantial as this is being offered as the free comic book day issue!
Usually IDW just releases #1 or a summary issue of whatever they currently have going. I'm also with other posters here, hoping this means more new Hama content released through IDW! |

wow - this is cool. now, if it could also be spun into an ongoing series - that would be cooler. Just start with #156 and go on from there...
