Just got Cobra issue 3 and all I have to say is holy crap. Best Joe comic I've read in a long time and it contains a major shocker. Impressive.

Barring a twist that'll rob this issue of all its' impact, it's a shame IDW shot themselves in the foot this soon.
Cue fans starting to abandon IDW in 3...2...1... |

I was expecting he would find away also, but in retrospect i'm glad he didn't. It was shocking, revealed how far he'll go and took this comic to the next level. |

This book is so much better than the other two IDW Joe books, it's not even funny. Who knew Chuckles would work so well in a 'tortured bad-ass' kinda role? I can't imagine how this could possibly end well for him.

I sort of expected this to be the outcome when I first started reading, but I certainnly wasn't expecting it quite so quickly in the series.
