I've read the 1st 3 issues and I feel like this story is getting more ridiculous by the minute. It was bad enough in the 1st issue when the team's copter/jet/dropship whatever crashed,in pieces, and everybody just kinda got up and ran out, and I can deal with Colton having been part of a wartime propaganda Adventure Team, but now it's suggested that Bulletman is an actual part of continuity. Also, Colton personally recorded the dialogue for the Talking Commander? This stuff is just silly. I also didn't care for the modified Reservoir Dogs dialogue in issue #1. Shipwreck suddenly has a problem w/ his codename after YEARS?
Right now, I'm planning to dump this book after the 1st story arc. It just doesn't fit or measure up to the other IDW Joe books. If they wanted to do this, they should've just made it a complete reboot. I will give it this, if I was still a kid, I'd probably think this book rocks, so if that's what they're trying to do and it brings in new fans, good luck to them. There are things I like (Covergirl in a fistfight, P.o.l.l.y.) but overall I'm not digging it. What do you guys think?

I'm not a fan of the art, and the story in my opinion is ridiculous. I dropped it after the 2nd issue.

I'm still gonna stick it out but not a big fan of it, art or story.

I always flip through the current Joe comics and they do nothing for me. I miss Devil's Due Joe like nobody's business...

It's fantastic. It's got a few things I can do without, but overall I'm entertained. Plus, looking ahead says that this series will get much better and I think once it finds it's footing, we will haul it as one of the best stories in GIJoe history.
