Hi guys,
I have been ordering all my 25th Ann. figures from Goodstufftogo, and today Gail Zemble basically sent me a huge turd of an email filled with bad attitude in which she literally BANNED me from ordering from them in the future, when all I did was ask them politely to try and fill my wave 7 pre-order. :( In all my emails to her I have been civil and polite but it seems like everyday is a bad day for her and her responses range from curt to downright rude/hostile. I don't understand how mentioning that I am unable to order from other online stores as they are out of stock can be read as me demanding that I get my whole order (and I get it immediately). So for all those who are thinking of using them, I can think of many other better online stores to patronise! |

Personally, I've used them for over 4 years and always had no problems. You should also understand that while any perception of bad customer service may be due to an inundation of emails.
With wv 7 just becoming available, I'm sure they have been bombed with folks asking for their items, and most I'm certain have been polite but it only takes one or two a-holes to ruin the show for everyone. Give them a chance to get you fixed up, and then if they don't, rage on the web. Good luck rounding those up! |

Thing is, Gail didn't give me a chance, after I asked about wave 7 she just cancelled all my orders and told me to go somewhere else.
So I can't give them a chance to fix me up, even if I wanted to. |

I've only ordered one thing through them, and it was received faster than the payment cleared my bank account. The order was processed quickly, and when the price quoted was more than the actual shipping + item, they only charged me the actual price.
I think this is a one in a million occurrence, being that I've seen nothing but good things about them.

wow. I bought from them $400 worth of Vipers about 2 years ago and had no problem at all. Im surprised by this.

Yeah, I bought from them alot. Only problem I had was the wrong item was sent, which they quickly fixed.
