Maybe instead of beating him silly we should just call the COPS and press theft charges?
Rosamond is located In KERN COUNTY Crime Prevention 1350 Norris Road Bakersfield, CA 93308 (661) 391-7559 above is the number to the sheriffs Dept. Fraud Fraud is intentionally lying in order to induce someone to rely on the lie and part with something of value. Like embezzlement, fraud can be either complex or simple. The federal government has three general anti-fraud statutes for mail fraud, bank fraud, and wire fraud. Mail fraud has two elements: (1) a scheme devised or intending to defraud or for obtaining property or money by fraudulent means, and (2) using the mails in furtherance of that fraudulent scheme. The "scheme to defraud" element of mail fraud is deliberately broad. It encompasses a wide variety of criminal activity, including credit card fraud, securities fraud, medical drug fraud, and frauds based on political malfeasance. Because the mail fraud statute uses such broad language and because it is relatively easy to prove, mail fraud is one of the most common charges brought by federal prosecutors. Charges of mail fraud frequently are made even in cases in which more specific crimes have been charged. http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/fo...Complaint.aspx there you go... I am not sure what else I can do But good luck and all of you PLEASE FOLLOW up and get this bastard HUNG! |

Wow! This stuff is insane. Why is this guy ripping people off on a friendly joe collector board? Any he is doing it for 10-15 dollar figs. My guess is, this is probably some 13-15 years old kid without the understanding of repercussions to his actions. Not justifying...just saying.
There are rats among us. Mods...can you ban accounts and I.P? I mean do anyone of us really want this guy running around here posting and ripping people off? |

well the bad thing about it he still has a chance to set things right first. But with what Amberbratt posted it looks like he will be in big trouble if he doesn't make things right by everybody he ripped off. Last chance Andrew......... or whatever your name may be.

I just got a PM from him. Under one of his many other names. He said he sold the item I sent him so I'm giving him until the end of the week to send me the cost of the figure and shipping. Or he will be reported to the poilce. He said he is a 14 year old kid but that is no excuse. This is isn't the first time he has done this so if he does not set this right by everybody he has wronged he will be reported to the police. You have until Friday Andrew.... that's more of a chance than you should be getting.
