Don't Buy From Ebayer "daileylives"
I want to inform all the buyers of vintage gi joes that the seller "daileylives" is untrustworthy and a garbage seller.
I bought a gi joe shortfuse and stalker off him with a buy it now of $400. Then the buy gives me a refund because he was offered a higher amount. I paypaled same day. Spread the word. Its guys like this that make me HATE EBAY.

Seriously though, that stinks. Its sellers like that, that make people afraid to buy things on eBay, and that upsets me because there is no reason people should be afraid to use it.

Regardless, I hope you reported him to eBay - just go to eBay's Help section - search for "Seller Non Performance", click on "Show" on right side of "Additional Information" and click on "Report Seller" link. Fill the form and explain your situation. With eBay's new policies, when a seller gets a few of these, their account gets suspended and a few more gets them cancelled.

It is really lame that the guy would back out of the deal because he got a bigger offer. I guess that he doesn't care about his rep as long as he gets richer.

I would definitely report him to eBay.

jackholes like that are a big problem on ebay. As both a buyer and a seller it upsets me to hear about stuff like that. If you sell something to someone it shouldnt matter if someones offers you more. I have had offers like that i turn them down because i honor my contracts. Good to hear you got your money back bro.
