I ordered the Wolverine and Sabertooth two pack-x2 from TRU online a while back and they shipped it very well in a properly sized box, no damage at all.
I'll have to agree with Xsoldier about what the package looks like might depend upon who was shipping that day. Sorry to hear about that man, it sucks. |

Thats bad, you think TRU would make the effort to wrap a item properly, so it gets to the buyer safely and undamaged.

Why not just complain to Toys-r-us and make them send you a new one? If it arrives damaged, because they packed it poorly, they will send you a new one. I believe in allowing a company a chance to correct their mistakes before running to the internetz.

My stuff always comes banged up from TRU. That's why I only buy openers from them.

Coming from a fellow Colts fan, that's hard to hear. That's part of the reason that I have always held back from ordering online. I keep all my figures NIB, so thank you for the tip.

I've actually had BOTH experiences from TRU. I've gotten some things in immaculate shape, ridiculously well packed, etc. I've also gotten stuff that was bent, dented and what not. I open everything so it wasn't an issue, but I can understand being kinda angry. As for the Colts...I hope they do well this year. I hope Caldwell replacing Dungy isn't an issue...it shouldn't be...but you know how that goes.
