Yeah, don't do anything. It's all on my side. It won't completely be fixed until I send them my bank account statement and copy of ID.

Mine too. But the Paypal guy was saying that my bank info in not valid. So I have to prove that it's my bank account. So I just sent a copy of my statement and photo ID. Now we wait for 24hours. After dealing with Paypal for, I don't know how many years, this has never happened to me.

Anyone else still have an issue? I got an email last night from PayPal stating the claim of unauthorized use was denied, but just now I got an email reversing the charge and leaving me with a negative balance.

I just had the exact same thing happen to me - PayPal denial of claim, then reversed the charge because of Bank request.
Seems like the only solution is that sbartek1974 has to re-send the money to those of us who lost the money... |

Well, I just got off the phone with PayPal. They told me that they did not start the disputes. The PayPal user or bank account owner initiated the disputes. They resolved my account for me because it was a small amount and I've been a member for so long.
I'm still not really sure what's going on, but my account is settled. I just don't understand how they deny the unauthorized claim, but reverse the charge anyway.

And on my end PayPal is still unsure exactly what's going on with my account. They told me it wasn't hacked. For some reason, even though my bank account has been the same for many years, they show no bank info linked to my PayPal. It still hasn't been 24 hours but if it's not resolved soon I'll just send everyone money orders. But PayPal did inform me that once the issue is resolved all those transactions are going through all at once since they're on stand by.

Update: Still nothing. I've been on the phone with paypal 3 times today so far. I told them they said 24 hours. Their response...well, it takes at least 24 hours. Could be longer. They assure me this is not my fault...well duh, I know that. I never made any changes on my account. I never made any changes with my bank account. I've made many purchases through Paypal. They are even aware of my recent purchase activity so they know that I once had my bank info on there but now...gone. They recognize it is a glitch on their part because they see that I have not made any changes. I'm sorry guys. But like I said, I will send money orders, but I'm asking for your patience before I do. I'd hate to send out money order then Paypal fixes the issue and then starts sending out all of the payments at once.
And like the Club says, I'm just as frustrated as you are. Sorry, but I have to keep a sense of humor or else I'll go crazy. |

Just got off the phone with Paypal. Very frustrating still. They have received all the documents from me the other and they have been reviewed and approved. But the limitation on my account has not been lifted. Very frustrating. I hate having you guys wait like this. The lady I spoke to said it could be another 24 hours.

They completely closed out my Paypal account and they can't disclose why. They won't even let me sign up for a new account. If they see anything, last name, last four digits of social security number, bank account number, it will be denied. I sent in all the documentation that they asked for and they're saying it's not sufficient. I don't get it. Looks like I'll be sending everyone a money order instead. Sorry about this.
