Just have them (the person with no feedback) ship their stuff first and when the person with established feedback receives their items they can ship. I have done this on here and it worked out great.

file with the iccc and theycan contac his local la enforcement agency, and make sure to leave negative feedback on his page, then post a link for that and this page in your signature. this should help prevent him from making any future trades. i had a similar issue with an other member recently and all the "bad publicity" seemed to help out. i got my stuff and all is right in the world.
ps did you get the stuff i sent you yet? thanks for the patience. oh yeah, and side note here folks: i owed otto boy here some items and he was more than patient waiting for me, yeah a few pms here n there , but he was patient. so it's not like he's buggin out over his stuff not being to him in a week or so, for this guy to get to this point it must be a long time with no communication. thanks otto

I too, am having issues with The Saboteur. I am one of the other traders who contacted ottobratte to see what his progress has been. This is my saga so far.
4/4/09-PM from The Saboteur about interest in one of my items. 4/6/09 -I e-mailed to let him know that I wouldn't be able to send it out, since work ran late. He replied that that was fine, no hurry. 4/9/09-Finally got out of work early enough to get the Sting Raider sent out, as well as to send the DC#. I was kinda annoyed that it took me that long because I like to send out stuff promptly. He responds: "It's no problem. Ill be sending your stuff out as soon as I can. I'm just overwhelmed with work, my daughter's behavior, my boss calling me requesting me in all the time with little or no sleep. Thanks bro and you'll be happy with my 2 comic packs I'm sending ya man." 4/25/09 - I still hadn't gotten anything, so i inquired to Saboteur if my stuff had been sent yet. His reply "Yes sir I did but to tell you the truth, I made the mistake of not getting the D/C #. I sent the item off recent thursday because when I was ready to send your item, I noticed that one of the comic pack had damages to it (dunno how) and I had to look for another one. Also to be safe, send me your address so I can confirm that I sent it to the right address that I've written down on a piece of paper." I sent him my address. I gotta say i was a little suspicious...if he already sent the item, how could he check to see if he had the right address on the package? oh well, i can be patient. He replies "Yup..confirmed address and sent. You should get em sometime after the weekend. =) btw..I haven't gotten my sting raider. Yet but am looking forward to it. 4/27/09 - The Sting Raider I sent him arrives, and i see this is so because he is selling it. The USPS really mauled the entire box and got it messed up. I wrote to him to apologize, because i really had packed it well. He said that it really wasn't a problem. 5/7/09 - still no figures that he was supposed to send. I PM him to ask, and get this response: " you should have already gotten it. if you havent got it by next friday, lmk and ill buy another to resend. the only reason i said this is because i forgot to get the d/c number." Again, odd...I mean, it really should be here 14 days after when he orignally said he sent it. I did see that he was in the hospital, but since he had sent it beforehand, it really shouldn't matter, should it? 5/8/09 - I see that The Saboteur has posted a new wants list, but states that he is broke. I figure good for him, he must be out of the hospital and feeling better. 5/16/09-Wrote to let him know that nothing had shown up yet. No response 5/21/09 - Still no response. Annoying, but I'll be patient still. Maybe he is having complications from his health. 5/23/09-Another PM asking him to contact me "Howdy, Nothing has shown up yet at my place...I haven't heard from you in awhile. Please give me an update as to the status of these figures. Thanks" 5/25/09- Still nothing. 51 days since we made the deal. Just thought i would put my two cents in, and see what other people are having difficulty. |

I sent this member a $12 money order of May 7th for a Joe comic 3 pack. Lady Jaye and 2 Gas mask Troopers. May 19th rolls around still no figures. After sending several PM's SentinelPrime PM's me on May 20th and said "it's on the way." It's now May 31st and still no figure. I does not take 24 days to ship a figure from Knoxville TN.
watch out if you want to buy something from this person. They won't send your stuff and keep your money. |

ok, this isn't board-specific, or about any board member even... but i am currently having a horrible experience with huge comic and toy retailer/distributor Diamond Select Toys and thought I should share with my fellow toy collectors.
i ordered 3 Art Asylum Star Trek items (one single figure and two 3-figure sets) from them in mid-April. I received the package pretty quickly, but upon opening it I noticed that one of the items they sent was incorrect (they sent me a 4-figure set of DS9 figures instead of a 3-figure set of TNG figures). ok, no big deal, really.. i figured i'd just call them up and get exchange info. a hassle, but oh well... everybody makes mistakes. well... i am unable to locate any contact information on their pathetic website other than a customer service e-mail address, as well as a rather lengthy description of their strict (borderline unfair) return/exchange policy. so, i e-mail them explaining the situation and asking for exchange information/instructions. three days pass and i hear nothing back, so i e-mail them again. and again. and again. finally, after 8 e-mails over a span of nearly 3 weeks, i get a reply... saying, basically, "sorry for the delay, please send the items to the enclosed address and we will send you the correct ones". that was on May 12th. I mailed the items back to them on May 15th via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. According to the USPS website, the items arrived May 18th. Since that time, I have e-mailed the guy who originally responded to me 3 times asking for a status update on the exchange; making sure they received the items, when should I expect the promised shipping fee reimbursement, have the correct items been mailed. I still fully expect to get the items I originally ordered and my shipping reimbursement, but this process has been like pulling teeth. sure, i realize that this is a rather large business i am dealing with, and they are probably busy with more important customers than me... but this is just very aggravating. maybe this is an anomaly, and they ordinarily don't mess up orders and have great customer service... but i thought i should post something here because i know, like myself, a lot of people here collect more than just Joes, and may want to purchase from these guys in the future. |

I appologize if this is in the wrong folder. But I purchased a G.I. Joe comic 3 pack from SentinelPrime for $12.00. I sent the member a money order on May 7th. May 20th rolls around still no figure. I send the member a PM. Later that day I receive a PM that says "sorry for the delay on its way." I thought okay maybe it will arrive on May 23rd. It is now June 2, 2009 and still no figures. I have left this member several PM's since May 7th. I called the Money Gram company and they said the MO was cashed on may 13, 2009.
Buyer Beware. This person is a fraud and a cheat. Avoid if you can. The funny thing is this person lives in Knoxville TN. I have had an item shipped from China and it only took 2 weeks. |
