Hot Sauce!

What do you use, what do you put it on? Do you use it when you cook, as a topping, or ingredient? Are you brand loyal? How hot is too hot?

The wife brought home some Franks Red Hot sauce a week or so ago, and I have come so close to throwing out my tabasco bottle, its THAT good. Tobasco tastes like bad vinegar in comparison.Im eating some right now, on my pizza.

I use them when I make Jerk Chicken,they get even hotter when they are cooked.

Best cure for hot food? A glass of milk, cuts the heat immediately.

Frank's is the best over all but it does depend on what your eating on what brand you want to use at times. If I could just pick one it would be Frank's but still, it depends on my mood and what I'm eating

I like A-1 steak sauce on scrambled eggs too. A hamburger patty and scrambled eggs with A-1 is one of my favorite meals. I wouldn't eat ketchup on eggs though.

As for hot sauce my father 65 years old, can and still makes homemade salsa thats smooth going down but burns like hell when it reaches stomach. Personally I like Pace Picante w melted cheese or just straight pico de gallo.
