I honestly can't come up with 64. Cover Girl is all I honestly care about getting. Sci-Fi, Spearhead and Max, Zanzibar, Voltar and Tiger Force Bazooka come to mind. That's all I can think of. There are some that have been done that I'd like to see re-done like Cutter and Falcon.

- Billy - I don't know what I'd want to see (unless it's the above young version) but I'm surprised the character isn't used
- The Jugglers - or any generals in dress uniform
- Tomax & Xamot (suits) and/or a Fred in their black and red civilian suits
- White Clown (not exactly important, but just one I'd be happy to see in his awesome comic 3rd world clown revolutionary outfit)- with a face sculpted to express his disdain for the totalitarian regime that oppresses his people.



and that's all I can think of that I would actually be excited for, but a lot of 2nd class unmade characters would still be great - as I think they've proven almost anything with new tooling in POC style is a homerun.

The fun and excitement associated with March Madness makes it one of the best times of the year, so get prepared for G.I. Joe March Madness 2011. HISSTANK.com boards members are invited to submit 64 of their favorite unproduced G.I. Joe & Cobra Modern Era Characters. We will then take those Characters that are requested the most, and place them in the first ever G.I. Joe March Madness Tournament.

Characters will face off via poll. Characters with the most votes will move on to the next round leading up to the Final Four and the Championship round. HISSTank.com will take the top 4 Characters and submit those to Hasbro and the G.I. Joe team, and if we get lucky, we may get to see one of these figures get made. So when the voting starts don't miss out.
