ROC game? How bad is it?

So I could get it for 10$ at Gamestop if I want, is it worth it? It looks cool but I want to hear it from you guys. I dont care about the ROC look so no griping about that. I want to know how the gameplay is. If its a long game. Is it fun? etc. Basically I wanna know its redeeming qualities before I spend anything on it. :)

10 bucks it is a good deal. very classic shoot em up style. no variety, just shoot stuff till it dies. you can find many of the figures that were not in the movie but made as toys. also get to play as cobra villians storm shadow, firefly, and baroness. you fight hiss tanks and snake robots. each joe character has a special super unique to each guy but in general all the regular weapons are mostly the same.

On a side note those of you ever thinking about buying the first TF game. DONT it sucks big hairy balls. WFC or ROTF, much better games. If you own a Wii forget it in general they'll suck regardless.

The first NES game is still the best. 10$ is about right, it really is movie game cash-in quality.

I only buy 1 or 2 games a year - and this one was a waste for me. I got bored with it easily. The controls were crap and it was repetitive as all hell

Plus it was ROC - so there was very little nostalgia factor involved too.

it's alright. It seemed like a great arcade download game as opposed to an actual full fledge release. It's fun, has some cool character moments. It reminds me of the old Contra games. I'd pay ten bucks for it, and be happy for a few days. The story is the MASS device. Shipwreck is in it and Polly flies around over his head, so that made me happy.

I played the hell out of it with my ex and some friends. They all loved it. Its just dumb fun.

It's fun and short. Nothing hard. Old school shooter. Reminds me of old Contra games.

Mine was free, otherwise I wouldn't own it, especially after playing it. A little bit of the co-op is fun, but that's about all it has going for it IMO.
