I was never a fan of this version of the Tele Viper, but this is pure win.

Ideally, Tele-viper is my Comms guys. Radio, jamming, etc...

Techno-Vipers are my 'getting into the trons and really making them work guys' Radar, Navigation, IFF, etc...

Cyber-Vipers would be my hackers, but I'm not buying a silly looking mech suit by the dozens to army build them. i refuse.

So in the meantime... it will be

Televipers = Operators
Techno Vipers = Maintainers

I always thought the Tele Vipers looked really awesome, but they should have come with an actual rifle as well as that funny holograph/television projector thingie.

I always used Techno Vipers as my coms guys as I never had any Tele Vipers. But based on their file card, the Techno Viper seems to have been envisioned as more of a combat engineer. The backpacks full of heavy gear seem to bear this out - if a Hiss Tank has lost a track, you send in a few Techno Vipers to retrack it or if necessary prepare it to get towed away.

tele-viper, I see the techno viper as a reserve combat engineer, He is not on the front lines but close enough to do there thing on the battlefield.
