Beach Head shipping soon?

I am going to Preorder the SC Beach Head off of BBTS, and it says it ships in 4th quarter 2010. Is there a more specific date as to when it will be shipping?

Also what is 4th quarter? I just assumed the last 3 months of the year but I am not sure.

Beachhead is going to be sick. I'm unsure if I should WL for the Exclusive or just opt for the cheaper regular edition. I don't think I'll be posing him unmasked but I am sure the exclusive will fetch a better secondary market price if I decide to sell later down the line.

i am really excited by the exclusive on this release since the berets will give a group feel when the joes are in a group. glad i decided to WL this one, this only leaves Duke without a beret. this is a figure i intend to put up against Firefly in a fight.

Just went to the SS site...BH is scheduled in Nov. Doesnt say 4th qtr any more. Seeing him before Thanksgiving would be cool. I wasnt expecting him till late Dec!

I just got the Wait List conversion letter too. I was under the impression that they were going to charge my credit card right away, but I guess we have a few weeks still. I was hoping to get the exclusive version because I want to pose them all looking like modern military and his face portait works better with the rest (if I ever buy more).

No, orders can stay in "Processing" status for months. Sideshow usually sends a notice when they are about two weeks out from charging your card and shipping your order, reminding you to double check the order, credit card info, etc.
