Swapping heads?

I came across a few threads concerning using SW heads on 25th Joes, but how easy is it to straight up swap heads from one Joe to another?

I'm considering putting the "Scarface" Officer head onto a Viper body. What do you guys think?

its pretty easy just put ur thumb under the chin and push up it should pop off, u can sometimes twist them off as well

they swap pretty easy... some neck balls are slightly larger, but most are uniform
