hello everyone, after many deletions and additions i present to you my "build a better hisstank contest entry": the COBRA STREET REAPER. the street reaper is a heavily armed but agile urban assault vehicle. it is built for close quarter fighting and obstacles are simply blown up or crashed down to clear a deadly path of destruction. this hiss is adapted from cobra’s new motor pool of hiss V.5. the reaper version is the preferred vehicle for cobra’s elite urban unit the alley vipers. the AV’s have come to depend on and appreciate the street reapers ability to destroy anything in front, back, above or below, whatever is challenging its superiority.

on top of her chassis, the tank is armed with an extended barrel 50 cal. machine gun and a 7 tube FFAR rocket launchers deploying high explosives or smoke and illumination rounds. the reaper is flanked underneath by M.E.A.N. ( Mechanized Explosive Appendage Network system) these computerized mechanical appendages can fire all directions and can be folded behind the chassis when not in attack mode. this does not hinder the back cockpit, which carries a co-pilot, an injured infantryman, or alley viper EOD bomb disposal robot. deployed and manned by specialized AV bomb squads. each “arm” of M.E.A.N. carries 2 hellfire missiles that can be fired in all directions, even around corners.

the street reaper’s front end is provided protection behind its battering ram shield. this ram shield has been installed to shield its “legs” in extension mode. it also provides the driver and AV squads a devastating means to clear paths through any obstacles that are unfortunate enough to be in its way. the cobra street reaper is one formidable destructive element in cobra’s modern arsenal.

FILECARD:

HISS STREET REAPER DRIVER: “REAPERS”

reapers are handpicked by alley viper officers. they must be street-wise and able to handle many tasks at once. the reapers are often ex-cabbies from major metropolitan areas who are able to maneuver and deliver through congested and tight situations. these drivers need very little coaching in cobra viciousness as they generally have that down.

hope you dig it, and thanks for looking!!

This is AWESOME!! I have to disagree w/ the others on the M.E.A.N. system. I think it's genius! It adds extra fire power to the Hiss, that would make the Joes piss their pants!!!! The Ram/Plow on the front is killer too!

If you have tutorials on how you attach the blades/plows to these vehicles, let me know!

I can't post as much as I'd like to, but I had to see the entries for this contest. I had no doubt that Avac would deliver!

Thanks Avac. Just put this in the box with the other one.

lol, yes i do, well did.

If you have tutorials on how you attach the blades/plows to these vehicles, let me know![/QUOTE]

i don't, but i could do that. there are many ways to attach them it all depends on the vehicle and attachment. i mostly use aluminum sex-bolts to attach them to the chassis. i haven't done a tutorial, but i'd be willing to give it a shot.

Is that a Rattler barrel on the main mini-gun?

no sir, it's not an offering from hasbro, it came with a pte assortment.

thanks everyone for the great comments!
