EMERGENCY BRIEFING: 12:40 a.m.

DUKE: We received a sighting of Destro and other Cobras were conducting weapons testing in region 7 where Shockwave and Long Range were undergoing reconnaissance mission to confirm our speculation that Cobra has been testing out new weaponry.

Shockwave was able to send us an image around 22:47 which shows seven individuals. Two people confirmed as Destro and Firefly and the other five, we are unaware who they are at this time.

Around 23:45, we received a second image. Shockwave and Long Range have been captured by Cobra and our men were injured.

We received a video message from Destro which you will see right now.

DESTRO: Duke, your men fought valiantly but only two of your men? Your men are currently fine, maybe a black eye, broken nose and some blood but you know how it is. Yep, Scuba Duke. I decided that with all the Duke's I have, I prefer to keep one or two as a true Duke and others can be either other Joe members or Cobra.

Frontal Assault Duke has the fade and the scowl. Good to use as a Cobra officer utilizing Stone's Cobra outfit.

As for the Scuba Duke, I figured the Joe team has Torpedo, Wet Suit (one of the two [Firefly Cobra] of the toy line that I still have never been able to obtain yet) and Deep Six. Duke was never an underwater specialist in my book. Because he's in blue, I decided to give him a Cobra helmet and Destro's v2's gas mask.

Lt. Stone and bank robber Destro are two figures with parts or clothing that can definitely change another Joe multiple character and build your Cobra army. Unfortunately, I'm not a customs guy because would love to go further, painting and popping out joints and have created Scrap Iron and others.
