When will TRU put the original 5 packs on clearance?

When will everyone else put their comic 2 packs that have been sitting on the pegs forever on clearance?

I have seen the original 5 packs (about 10) at tru for $29.99 just a few days ago. Why are they asking so much so long after they came out? Oh yeah, they also had 1 buzzer.

Waiting for TRU to clearance something is worse than watching paint dry. They don't have to clearance quick because they have the shelf space, unlike WalMart & Target who like to turnover product as fast as possible. I think they still have Sega Genesis games there;)

Someone on this forum found a Cobra legions for $5 I think! (damaged product) I really cannot wait to see 25th joes on clearance because I would love to buy extra.....except buzzer.

the viper sets did not even go on clearance here. The last time I was in Toys Я Us (maybe three or four months ago?), they still had three of them at full price. I think it's safe to assume the 25th five-packs won't see a clearance sale at TЯU in this decade.

I still see the viper sets around here also. The comic 3 packs are finally gone though. There are still a few cobra 5 packs around town and I think they will be bought eventually by people starting a collection and who want the baroness in black.

I'm pretty sure the TRU near me doesn't clearance anything. Except maybe Dora and Happy Feet GBA games.
