that doesn't mean, however, that sales will stay low. i remember getting a Best of 80's at Marshalls... then suddenly they flooded eBay... prices dropped... i held on to mine... after the hype died down and the floods dried up... i put it up for sale and sold it instantly for $65.

You are right about the shipping, that makes the total $65 .. if the seller is saying $65 shipped to the USA, then its a good deal.

First: What is the OP talking about? Link?
Second: If the OP is trying to sell a set, why does his BST have the set for $105?
Thirdly: Most of the CAN sellers are really raping on the shipping charges. I found a couple(and a good trader/seller here) that didn't gouge on the shipping.

Shipping is not our fault. Canada Post sucks ass. I shipped these sets for about $30 to $33 a set, depending on how much packaging I put in. That's the cheapest I could get it with tracking. If someone is shipping to you for cheaper, they are a) taking a bit of a loss, or b) have some sort of special deal where they get cheaper rates. For those of us that rarely ship stuff out, it costs that much. $38.50 is a bit much though. Shipped loose though, was much less since the box size was way smaller.

The average box size I used was 14 x 14 x 14 inches. about 1.5 - 2 lbs in weight once it was all said and done. When you put that in the canadapost calculator, it comes up as about $30 when sold from Vancouver. If someone is getting cheaper shipping rates, I would like to know, cause it's Canada post's ridiculous rates that prevents me from selling to other tankers due to it not being worth it for most items.

Please understand that I said, and mean, some CAN sellers, not all. There are routinely sets on eBay with shipping alone listed at $60+, in hopes of snaring someone not quite paying attention. But there are also very reasonable sellers(toy_gamers I think it was), who shipped for $25-30.

Cool, sorry dude. $60 is definitely too high. Gouging for sure. As is $38.50, unless he is incorporating everything into the cost (eg: gas, packaging materials, etc. Even then I have a hard time seeing it hit that high).

I bought a set of 4 for $80 shipped and I was happy.It was worth it for 4 vehicles that may or may not ever see the light of day in the States.Now if they would just get here before I go back on vacation:D

That's a good price. Considering it cost about $35 after taxes for a set of four, + $30 shipping for the seller, with any additional paypal fees, ebay fees, shipping materials..
