Hey, new guy here. I'm an avid customizer and am really psyched about the new Joes. I haven't been able to get any of the single carded figures yet or doubles of the boxed sets, so I haven't been able to get any customs started (I don't use a particular figure for customs unless I have a double). I can't wait to get started on a Scarface when I get a Cobra Officer and a Dr. Venom. I figure that the head from the Super Hero Showdown Punisher figure on a Cobra commander Body will make a great base for a Dr. Venom figure. I'd also like to make a Flint helicopter pilot figure. I figure it'll be a snap with all the great accessories available from BBI figures these days. Anyone else looking to use these figures as a base for customs? I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with. Looking at other artist's customs can be as much fun as making your own! I'd love to hear some of your ideas and ambitions in the meantime.

Mike

Welcome aboard man! I am planning to customize these as they are decently priced, not too expensive, and seem fairly easy to customize. I want to make 2oo2 Storm Shadow and Snake eyes, maybe Ninja Force Storm Shadow, and Shadow Ninja Storm Shadow.
Maybe even 1990 Snake Eyes from the v1 battle pack mold.

Hey, those are a lot of fun! I think it's interesting that you decided to transform these into O- ring construction figures. Very Neat! I just picked up a Punisher at TRU for $2.98 (all of the Superhero Showdown stuff is on clearence) so all I need is another Cobra Commander to get started on 'ol Dr. Venom!
