another effort to shoehorn movie characters into existing roles
take RoC Heavy Duty, since I already had HD basing him closer to arah or even VvV than Sigma, he has a veryamerican appeal, something the movie one didn't have, so adapting a character almost no one has ever heard of, DoubleBlast v2. He was already just a roadblock v1 repaint, blue shirt grey pants... so I modded him to fill the movie role, flocked the hair too and gave him a U.N. ish RoC ish camo. his earring is a spring that somehow came out of my cell phone.
