ToysRUs in College Station had the Joe 5pack and 1 Snake Eyes with Timber figure yesterday. I didn't get them as I wanted to get all the figures at once.

There's still 2 single carded Snake Eyes with Timber at the College Station ToysRUs. I want him but both had the backer cards bent on the side.

College Station Target got in a case of the 5-packs (2 Cobra sets and 1 Joe set) as well as 2 cases of the single carded figures. I picked up a whole set of single figures, leaving just Snake Eyes and Stormshadows left on the shelves.

College Station Walmart had 25th anniversary single carded figs. I only saw Hooded Cobra Commander, Snake Eyes, and Storm Shadow there. College Station Target has Flint and the Cobra Trooper as well as 2 Cobra 5-packs and 1 Joe 5-pack.

Last month i drove to Austin at 7:20pm FOR THE Wii on a sunday and made it T 8:30 IN AUSTIN AND IT CLOSED AT 9:00. So if you find any i have no problem driving again.

I missed wave 1, but was at a wal-mart in Wichita Falls getting groceries and its been a while since Ive bought anything and I just sold a ton of stuff on ebay, so I decided to look around and I got Cobra Commander, Cobra Trooper, Lady Jaye, Beach Head, Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow. They had Buzzer and Serpentor, but I never liked them. In total they had about 12 figures. This was Friday night. Might have to get Flint and the Cobra Officer on ebay.

I've been looking in the D/FW area for the second wave as well as the SE Variant. No luck as of yet, just keep finding 5 packs and hooded commanders.

Have a friend who runs the recieving section at the Wal Mart in Lake Worth. He keeps me informed on when the new stuff comes in. I'll see when they get their shipments in for the like and post it here.

Most WM SuperCenters get trucks everynight to unload unless they are considered low volume stores.Most of the Dallas area stores,for example, should get freight everynight.All the WM's in East Texas to West Dallas I check all show them on AD(assembly) order which means in takes from 1-2 weeks ,sometimes longer if it's a popular or HTF item and it sells so fast they dont have time to replenish it's stock because the item is not in their normal wharehouse,but comes from a 2nd source,then to their wharehouse to distribute to all the stores that carry them.I guareentee you they will be in every store than carries them on the modular(layout) throughout this week.

How do I know..not only do I still have some friends but I was a WM manager for 12 years ;)

i just found wave 1 and 2 at target today, i only grabbed beach head, lady jaye, cobra trooper, storm shadow. they didnt have buzzer or sepentor, and i left snake eyes and CC on the pegs

I've been to all of the Targets in the Austin area and all they have left in some Targets are SS, SE, CC. Nothing yet in the Walmarts. Going to check those later.

Wave 2 Figures are hitting the Bryan College Station area in force. The College Station regular Walmart got 2 wave 2 cases in last weekend. Yesterday at the College Station Target I got a full set of wave 2 single figures (cards were in better shape than at Walmart). I then hit the Bryan Super Walmart where I got the Cobra Legions 5pack (the new one)! They only had 2 and I got one for me and a friend. The Bryan Super Walmart also got in 2 cases of the single carded wave 2, I picked up another set of wave 2 for a friend, leaving one full set.

Ok, I'm gonna try something new here. To get to know my fellow local collectors better and help some people out, I'm starting a call list of sorts.

Anyone from the Austin Texas area and even Round Rock/San Marcos ..(North, south, east, west and areas within) can sign up. Basically we'll get each other's phone numbers and if we see something in the store that we know is being sought by another collector, we'll call them up and let them know about it.

I'd say you should post your wants here (IE: new retail items, nothing that can't be found in retail stores) and PM your phone number if you want to get in on this. Also add any stipulations such as no phone calls after 9PM or something.

Congrats Kaibus. At least some people are getting lucky in your part of the woods in TX. The only wave I've seen here (after the scalpers got to them) was wave 1...never seen wave 2 at all.

yeah when I was there on Sunday there were 2 SS and 1 CC.

I checked every Target and Walmart last Saturday morning from Round Rock to North San Antonio along I35 and the only place that I saw singles were in New Braunfels (2 SS and 1 SE). I hit all the stores before noon on my way to my girlfriend's dad's place. Apparantly they restocked Sunday morning. :(

The retooled Beachhead has a narrow crotch piece versus the "diaper" looking one. It is similar to the Stalker crotch piece retool.

Targets: Westheimer near Beltway 8, In Missouri City by Murphy Rd., Hwy 6 & 59. and Fry Rd and I-10, 99 and Westheimer Pkwy.

Wal-Marts: Fry Rd and I-10, the one by Katy Mills Mall, West Airport and 59, Beltway 8 and Bissonett, Hwy 6 near Murphy Rd in Missouri City, Hwy 6 and 90alt. Westheimer near Kirkwood.

TRU: Near Katy Mills Mall and hwy 59 and Sweetwater.

But the hunting continues. Going to Rosenberg tomorrow.

Parmer and 35 Walmart was cleaned out except for a hooded CC, Buzzer, and Shipwreck.

183 / 35 Walmart had some wave3, 4 and some wave 5 left over.

620 / 183 Walmart had lots of wave 3 and 4. They looked like they could have had some wave 5 as that store had the most GIJoe pegs, and they looked fairly cleaned out. This was the store that also had all the pallets of toys the other night.

It was suposed to be a closed MOC and it was open but it had a Cobra Trooper MOC version with the gun from the Cobra Trooper from the 5 packs. I was in Wal-Mart last night by my house. The shelves are still empty from Christmas, but they had papers showing where stuff is supposed to go, so hopefully they'll be stocking up soon. There was a truck in the parking lot too. Target had the first wave comic packs, so I got all three of those the other day. I'm still waiting on the latest wave of the individual figures. Aside from that, I'm all caught up. I've been hitting these stupid stores about every three days trying to get the latest releases.

I'm debating on whether I should get the Hiss and Night Spector this evening. The Striker appears to be eluding me at the moment. This is the only Target in the entire metroplex that I've found that has any of the vehicles, and they're missing the one I so desperately want. I guess an employee must have snagged the Strikers.

For what it's worth, the Targets are indicating that their shipments come on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and if they do get these in, they will receive them on one of these days. I am assuming they will be hitting the rest of these Targets within the next week. I'm uncertain why this particular Target would have them, and not any of the others.

I just picked up all three of the Target exclusive vehicles at the Bassett Center Great Land Target. They look very good, but Grand Slam does not have the laser rifle as seen in pre production photos.

They are out there, you just need to take the DCPI number to one of those price checker things, type in the number and it should say if it's in stock or not. If it does, go to the person in Electronics (If it is near the toys) give them a piece of paper with those numbers on it and tell them you are wanting to pick up a case of them.

They will break out there scanner gun type in the numbers to see where it is located in the back and if they are cool, then they will go get it for you. Otherwise they will go on about how they are not to be put out till the 13th and crap.

As for the Armored CC I just sent off an extra I had to another Tanker... Sorry, Crock Master

If I see any when I am out and about I'll try and pick it up, or at least let you know where to snag one.

The scanners at my local Target don't have any buttons to input numbers. It's just the scanner. :(

Northern Dallas outskirts, or whatever you want to call it(Allen/Plano/Richardson/McKinney), has them now. They are at the Target in Allen, off 75 and McDermott. They have them on an endcap with Star Wars and Transformers Exclusives by the registers. I bought two Hiss Tanks, there is about 3 AWE's and 2 Spectors left.

You know, I have a theory about that(and I'm probably wrong...). I feel that they are pushing back Wave 7 and on(that is why Hasbro is shipping them out in June), halting distribution on Wave 6(that is why no one can find them anymore), and re-releasing the older figures with fixed crotches(The recently released fixed-crotch Snake Eyes).

It's only a theory. And I hope I'm wrong, as I would love to get the new figures sooner rather than later.

I probably am wrong anyways. lol
