Damn.. too far for me and especially since I have to be at work in about 30 min. I live in North Fort Worth.. The only TRU close to me is off of cherry Lane. and 30. Which is always empty. I prefer to stop at the ones either by the Parks Mall in Arlington or the one by North East Mall in Euless. Had the best luck at those two. Thanks for the heads up though.

Got another HissTank and AweStriker today at the Denton Target. Had to have them pulled from the stockroom. They still don't have single packs there but hopefully will be getting some from the "filler" wave I have been reading about.

They are well stocked on Comic Packs. Had all except Fred/Scarface but I have seen that one there recently. There were 3 each of Destro/Breaker and Torch/Ripper.

Well managed to get the Crimson Officers set, but everywhere I have gone is either completely out or only has the regular cobra officer set. Mainly looking for the Joe set now so I can get Grunt.

Our store got in the TRU 3-packs in our truck. 6 to a case, 2 of each, I bought the Crimson Guard and Joe packs for a friend, and another co-worker of mine picked up the other Joe pack.

Should be two Cobra and one Crimson Guard left....but that was around 10am. Hope they're still left for anyone that wants them! :)

By the way, the Cobra 3-pack includes red Cobra insignia and gloveless Trooper.

Not sure where you're located, but I opened up 2 cases of them this morning at my TRU. It's in Plano, off 75. I bought a Cobra Senior Ranking Officer set, so the rest are there as of 10:15am this morning.

For anyone that has Wave 7 Snake Eyes: How do you store his chain weapon? He has a place for his sword, knives, and gun, but not his chain weapon.

Then tonight I decided to do one last run and ended up really frustrated. I went to the Walmart on Westhimer and Dunvale, and they had Snake Eyes, Viper, Hiss Driver, and Duke, except they had been opened, replaced with Star Wars figures, and resealed. I have to say, it's pretty disgusting that the wave has been out for less than a day and there are already jerks out there replacing the figures and returning them. I hope I can find some tomorrow, because I missed wave 6 altogether, it took weeks to find Armored CC, and I still haven't found Torpedo. With gas prices the way they are, I'm very close to saying screw it and using an online vendor or even eBay. The thrill of finding them just isn't worth the frustration of finding garbage like tonight.

Are you missing Rock N Roll and Torpedo? If so I see Rock N Roll all the time and pick one up so you don't have to go to an Etailer. Managed to pick up the remaining 3 wave 7 I needed. Don't really care for the Viper (Mainly his hands and why have removable goggles on a nonremovable helmet figure?) and the Spirit and Wildbill heads are horrid. At least the Hiss Driver and SE make up for it.

Here in Austin the Wal-mart on 620/2222 had all of wave 4, 5 (no Flash or Snake Eyes) and all of 6th. Ceder Park also had the same amout, they both have like 500 figures, I had asked about wave 7 but they did not have any. Went to the walmart by lakeline they had viper, duke, and snake eyes. I just need the rest if any one sees them hit me up. If there is anyone who needs some of the otjer waves let me know.

I really appreciate the offer, but I'll pass. At the new price point, I'm going to be more picky, and Torpedo just doesn't make the cut for me. At this point, I'm pretty much looking at just the new Snake Eyes and a few Vipers from this wave and then TF Flint and Major Bludd from the next wave. Aside from those and a few BATS, I may be done. The rest of the year as revealed right now doesn't have anyone else I want (except maybe Mutt & Junkyard).

On the hunt note, I have gone to the Pearland Walmart (off of 288) Wed, Thurs, and today at lunch this week and found nothing. Either I missed wave 7 there or they haven't gotten them yet.

I just got back from a huge hunt. I live at the northwest corner of 610, right where 290 hits. I went out 290 west, took 1960 east all the way to 45, and then took 45 south all the way back to 610. I hit 5 walmarts, 3 targets, and 1 TRU.

The first walmart (290 inside the beltway) had 1 Spirit but nothing else. I've been to that walmart twice earlier this week, so they must have just gotten them in thursday night or last night. :(

The last walmart (45 at West road) had some wave 7. They had 7 Snake Eyes (I bought 1), 3 Wild Bill and 4 Duke. Everything else was gone. So, they must have gotten at least 4 cases in, and I'm guessing more since there were still that many Duke and Snake Eyes. I almost went there last night but decided to wait, but at least I got Snake Eyes.

All of the other stores had nothing from wave 7. I still don't think Target or TRU in Houston have gotten any wave 7 yet. I did see tons of comic packs (all 3 waves) and also the usual buzzer, serpentor, hooded CC, and lady jaye. I also saw a bunch of cobra troopers, but I just can't justify paying 6.84 since I bought the ones I have for 4.88. One of the stores had a Snow Job and 2 of the stores had Rock and Roll, but I still have yet to see Torpedo on the shelf ever (but I've decided don't want him so it's ok).

Overall I'm disappointed to find so little, but very happy to find Snake Eyes since he was the main figure I wanted. He was the first version of Snake Eyes I had as a child, so he holds a lot of sentimental value for me, and they did a great job of updating him. I really want some Vipers (I have 4 of each army builder figure so far), but I'm not going to waste tons of gas driving around looking for them; I'll just hit stores on my way to and from work, church, and errands and hope to get lucky. If anyone comes across an extra Viper or two and could pick them up for me, that would be great. I only have a little bit to trade - I have an extra Baroness, Destro, and CC from the 5 pack, and extra sealed Cobra Officer, and an extra sealed Snake Eyes V2 (original release with diaper crotch), but I would be willing to buy them plus a bit extra for gas compensation.

The Lewisville Toys R Us had 2 of the exclusive Joe officer packs this afternoon. I have seen some people post that they were wanting that particular pack, so better head over there if you need it. I was also kinda surpised to see a beachhead there also. I haven't seen him in a while, so if anyone still needs him or wants one carded, he was there as of around 4 this afternoon.

A quick sweep of Denton/Lewisville netted me only one Viper as far as wave 7 goes. It looks like the wave is hitting pretty steady, but going nearly as soon as they hit the pegs. Wal Mart seems to be the only one out of the big 3 getting wave 7 in the area.

Hopefully they restock but I have not seen anymore of the other TRU exclusives SE ninja or Nightwatch sets for a while if this is the trend and the way they restock singles at larger stores we may be out of luck especially with all the exclusives.

i found them at 3 different walmarts. im guessing monday morning is good to go. i talked to a guy stocking toys at target . he said thaey stock on monday wed and fri.he said he didnt see any in back.so it always helps to talk to your target people.

Went by there around 4 30 and they didnt have a single joe on the pegs only comic packs. Some one must have gone right after you and picked them up. I also checked the target on 6 and 59 and found one viper, Last night I was in Clear lake and found 2 vipers and a hiss driver and duke at the walmart on Eldorado and 45 they still had SE and some troopers but thats it..... If walmart on 90 had them that means they restocked them about a week later cuz I had gone the week before and only found a SE. Hopefully they will restock at other locations. I disagree. When I found wave 5 right before Christmas at Walmart it was on a Thursday afternoon and they had just been stocked that morning (or Wed night). It totally depends on the Walmart. Last week I went to multiple Walmarts on Monday and Tuesday and found nothing, but then on Wednesday when I didn't go that's when the wave hit and I missed it. So they were stocked Tuesday night into Wednesday.

Also, I just stopped at the Walmart at 45 and West road. I didn't check for hidden Vipers :( , but if anyone still needs the new Snake Eyes they had 3 of him at 5:15.

I hit jackpot around the outskirts of Houston today. Here's the breakdown:

Walmart in Porter at 1314 and 59 had 1 case of wave 7. I picked up the 2 Vipers and left the rest.

Walmart on Beltway 8 at Fallcreek had 1 case of wave 7. I picked up the 2 Vipers and left the rest.

Walmart on Spencer Highway in Deer Park (a mile or two west of Beltway 8) had 1 case of wave 7 and multiple (at least 3, maybe 4) cases of wave 8. I picked up TF Flint, Baroness, and Major Bludd. The Vipers in the wave 8 case have the cartoon logo if anyone is interested.

I found all of this after church this afternoon on my way to see some friends, so what I left was around 2pm.

Just got back to my home/office here in the copperfield area of Houston. Went and got my hair cut and lunch and decided to stop by Wal-mart since I ate at Panera Bread across the street.

They had one wave Duke, and one SE wave 7. I picked up the SE so that left them with the Wave 4 Duke, Wave 7 Duke, a Buzzer and a Cobra Commander in singles. Comic packs were stacked out and I looked through them, anyone wanting to stock up on CG and Cobra Troopers they've got a ton of those.

I went ahead and stopped at Target next door...they have the same five comic packs that have been there hanging for a month and no singles for now four weeks in a row. I checked the DPCI for singles at the scanner and once again shows no backstock. They use to be awesome for getting stuff but it is like they were removed from distribution. The grey dots have been on the price tags for four weeks now so hey know they don't have any in stock, they just haven't gotten any.

Frustrating to say the least. Oh well, I have to go train a new rep tomorrow over on the East side of town maybe I'll luck up and find some Wave 7 or 8 or possibly even a comic book wave 4.

Wave 7 & 8 hits DFW. Lake worth Wal-Mart and possibly the CLifford Wal Mart off of 820. I picked up a mine from Lake worth. there are still CC, RB, Baroness, TF Flint, Parka SE and several Vipers.

I only pick up from retail one extra of each (not into army building that much) but I'm willing to hook someone up if I can and vice versa.

Jackpot for wave 8 Joes in the BCS area tonight! Bryan Walmart got 1 case of wave 7 and 1 case of wave 8 in tonight. I got the wave 8 case. College Station Walmart got about 6 cases of wave 8 and 2 cases of wave 7. They had about 3 cases of wave 8 and both cases of wave 7 on the pegs.

I think my best bet is going to be Target because all the walmarts I have been to seem like they just stocked wave 3 and have a ton of them so I dont think its going to be any time soon before they order any more comic packs but I'll keep an eye out and let you know

Target at Hwy 6 and 529 in Houston had three case of wave 8 available today......well minus one case I was able to finally pick up a set. Didn't go to the Wal-Mart next door for comic packs as the Target only had a CG and CT and one other comic pack.

At the wal-mart on 30 and eastchase in Arlington TX today they had about 5 cases of wave 8 and 1 firefly vs storm shadow and 2 shipwreck vs copperhead, only 2 python patrol left. The wal-mart in Arlington right in front of the new cowboys stadium had vipers. The Target in Hurst on pipeline had 2 firefly vs storm shadow and 2 copperhead vs shipwreck.

Last night about 2 a.m. I found the mother lode. I found 3 Wave 8 sets laid out at the Edinburg Wal-Mart. Picked up a Tiger Force Flint for anyone out there needing him and 2 of the Last Major Bludds one for me and the other on who wants it!

I did! I thought they were going to use the 25th style, but I guess he's cool!


I also forgot to mention that my TRU has(or had, maybe) a crap load of Wave 8 as of yesterday morning. It's the one off 75 in Plano.
