I really, really, really wish that we would see more Joe vehicles like that come out in the future. As much as I love the original stuff, a lot of them were very impractical and corny, not to mention undersized. Most of the vehicles we've gotten so far are on par, with the few exceptions like the nicely reconstructed VAMP, and ROC Hummer. I recall shortly after we knew the film was being made seeing an entirely different vehicle that was supposed to be in the film as part of the Joe team's arsenal, but aside from the few pictures we saw, I never heard anything more about it. It could have been relegated to the scenery of the film and I just missed it (I've only watched it once in the theater, and I don't know if I'm ready to revisit it just yet, as I felt it was an abomination, but that's another topic for another thread that's been done to death.) I love the new figures and new articulation, and with the decent number of figures out now, the reuse of already existing molds is fine by me. But for the vehicles, I wish we'd get some better new stuff. This Cougar would be a great addition, and not out of the question - look at the amount of detail that goes into the bbi Elite Force, 21st Century and Forces of Valor vehicles at the same scale. And for the most part, when at retail, they're not too much more expensive. They are hard to find though, and command significantly higher prices on-line, which sucks. I was fortunate enough to be collecting a lot of the Elite Force stuff back before the resurgence of the 25th GI Joes, where these things became very popular. The company was supposed to be gearing up for a major overhaul this year, but so far, after one e-mail from bbi, their website has been dead silent.

As for the Scarlett, I've not heard anything about it. It would be nice to see some more female figures be made available.

Yes, I want to see that or an MRAV. The Brits have a new vehicle that looks straight out of Joe, with an open top and turret in the middle. I want an update to the APC, anything that will hold 6 or more troops.

The Scarlett looks like a doppleganger for SE Citystrike.

so is this version of scarlet going to have amorous intentions toward the younger Joe recruits?

SCarlet: Soldier, what's your codename?

Greenshirt: I don't have one yet, Ma'am

Scarlet: well in that case get into my quarters ASAP, for some physical training. And if you breathe a word of this to snake eyes you'll be drummed out of the military so fast...

I hope so...and I think we might get a newly sculpted head since HASBRO is doing away with the actor likeness sculpts. Also this is supposed to be Urban Strike Scarlett so it still fits in the POC story.

That would be cool. I would also like to see a Striker-type vehicle.

This does look a lot like the new V.A.M.P. we are getting with the Pursuit of Cobra theme later this year.

That's what I'm thinking. It could be it, it looks a lot like it. I can't wait to get my hands on the new VAMP.

Also, I think that Scarlett just became my favorite version, looks great, hope it comes out.

Looks similar to the shorter version of the MRAP Cougar. Here is a version of the MRAP that I'd love to see as a new APC(ish) vehicle. The MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) has several different types of models and would be perfect for the Joe team!

This is Raquel Welch from last year (born in 1940). I'm 35 and I'd hit that!
