I was watching this last night and wondered how Cover Girl knew Timber's name after she and Timber threw out the booby trapped canister.

No. I wasn't high. Although I swore I saw two Timbers at the same time.

Well when Snake Eyes first comes in she Chuckles and says "Hey whos Your freind" while looking at Timber.

I can only assume that Snake Eyes some how wrote his name down for her between camera angles...

Its kinda how movie heroes always reload their machine guns and pistols between camera movements. They don't want to waist screen time on that mundane stuff....

So its kinda assumed that they are re-loading when the camera switches back and forth during the action sequences...

The Old blind man that saves Snake Eyes from the Polar bear names the Wolf Timber, before Snake Eyes makes it back to GI Head Quarters.

I can only assume Snake Eyes told everyone the name of his wolf on a note pad, or maybe an email....
