"Mosaics" Style GI Joe Stories?

I'm not sure if anyone has thrown this out there, but is there a project like Seibertron.com's "Transformers: Mosaic" series, but for G.I.Joe? For those not in the know, it's a series of fan-made 1-page stories that tell side stories set in the Transformers Universe. Professional longtime TF writer Simon Furman even got in on the act with one!

I think this format might be cool to explore with GI Joe. If there isn't a project like that, would anyone be interested in organizing such a project?

That's funny you brought this up, I was talking with my friend the other day about it. He's also the writer on a comic book project we're working on too. We talked about how cool it could be. He even came up with a real quick outline for one too. We'd both be game for working on a project like that.

I can definitely help "centrailize" the organization with our extranet if need be.

When Seibertron started doing these, I thought GI Joe would benefit from something like this too.

My art isn't up to par, but I would love to contribute one as a writer.
