An Idea for Movie 2

Here's my idea:
2 years after ROC, Storm Shadow awakens and sends Slice and Slash to rescue Cobra Commander and Destro from prison. During the prison break, Duke is injured by Slash. Ripcord, Heavy Duty, Snake Eyes, and Flint set out to recapture CC.
Meanwhile, Cobra Commander calls Zartan. The "President" makes a break, and the Secret Service finds the true President being held prisoner by the Neo-Viper.
At Cobra Base, CC shows Zartan two new recruits - Zarana and Zandar, Zartan's siblings. Also, CC has replaced Baroness with Chameleon, played by Serain Boylan (female baddie from Aaron Stone). CC gives Dr. Mindbender the plans for Serpent Armor, and within hours, Mindbender finished five.
Meanwhile, Chameleon has finished her devious machine, a device that controls female minds. She takes control of Zarana, Helix, Scarlett, Dialtone, Baroness, and Lady Jaye. Then, she takes over Cobra by injecting herself with nanomites that cause her voice to hypnotize males. With every member of G.I.Joe and Cobra brainwashed, who stops Chameleon?
Duke, who has revived from his injuries and manages to stop her by using a thick helmet that covered his ears.
Cobra Commander is not pleased with Chameleon...
And after the end credits, Dr. Mindbender is shown to be working on a project that will change Cobra forever...

heres an idea....the joes from the first film are captured (except snake eyes) by a mysterious person who then frees cobra commander and destro with the PAID aid of the "president". after their release the mystery person is revealed to be the sister of the murdered BARON DECOBRAY...who blames the joes for his murder. Storm shadow awakens on a river bank and is found by snake eyes. storm shadow reveals to snake eyes he has found the identity of the true murderer of the hard master and says he needs his help. Snake Eyes takes storm shadow to the joe base where General Hawk is introducing a new team of joes to rescue their captured comrades. The new joes are flint, lady jaye, Stalker, Roadblock, MAINFRAME, Falcon(revealed to be dukes half brother later, just cause i did like that aspect), and Shipwreck.

Cobra meanwhile has recruited some new talent as well...since they are without a ninja the BARONESS(decobray's sister) has brougth in a gang of bikers led by Zandar and his sister Zarana(later revealed to be zartans siblings) and Two ninja mercenaries who have helped baroness track down cc and destro, slice and Dice.

so thats more or less it. and as a wild card a mysteriuous redheaded stranger piloting a prototype tank lookign for the killer of her former twin sister. There would be a epic battle but no mroe main joes gettin killed...though there would be the obligatory ensign ricky/greenshirts, getting offed.

President Zartan insists that GI Joe has been compromised and orders them to disband.

Firefly is revealed to be working for Cobra as he assists Dreadnoks in breaking CC and Destro out of a high security prison.

Destro and CC return to a secret Cobra base. Since the first movie Cobra has grown into a massive army. Baroness is revealed to be the one who compromised GI Joe, all the while putting together a network of the world's greatest terrorists and soldiers of fortune, as dictated by Cobra Commander.

Cobra causes a series of disasters across the country. President Zartan declares Martial law turning the US into a military police state.

General Hawk smells a rat. Restarts GI Joe in sort of a rogue Iron Eagle sort of way.

Zartan who is control of the US military is taking a dive in the war against Cobra until GI Joe re-emerges.

Massive military battle. And a cat and mouse style fight between Snake Eyes and Firefly. Also somehow GI Joe finds where Cobra is keeping the real president.

Duke discovers Baroness as the traitor....DRAMA!

Firefly has a booby trapped building with Scarlett tied up somewhere. Snake Eyes battles his way to the top of the building, kills Firefly, saves Scarlett and all is right with the world.

Baroness helps CC escape. Duke has his Empire Strikes Back "Woah is me" Luke Skywalker moment.

GI Joe beats Cobra and is re-instated by the real president. Zartan and his dreadnoks are dragged off in handcuffs.

Random Black Eyed Peas song plays as credits roll.

My idea for the direction of the sequel to Rise of Cobra
Maybe first 20 minutes?


Picks up a few months after ROC.

President Zartan has managed to systematically fire/kill high ranking members of US government replacing them with Cobra operatives, sympathizers. The CIA, FBI and military have all been infiltrated. Enter Maj Bludd. Acting almost as a Defense Minister, Bludd has been at work creating a secret presidential security force by using brainwashing/nanomite technology (Dr. Mindbender) on elite US soldiers. These men will eventually become the Crimson Guard. (And yes, they will eventually look true to the classic design.)

Since the capture of CC and Destro, Zartan has used his influence to make MARS the sole provider of arms to US military forces. Tomax & Xamont have taken over the legitimate face of MARS and have been President Zartans informants/liaisons to CC's grand scheme. They also have secretly been smuggling injections of nanomite disguise cells to White House visits so Zartan can maintain his Presidential identity.

Through propaganda, Zartan has convinced the Joes and public on "bailing out" MARS (hehe). The Joes, some suspicious, comply with the choice.

By holographic communication, Zartan then informs the Joes that the prisoners will be extradited to France for trial in the destruction of the Eiffle Tower. Zartan denies the demand of the Joes help in the security and transportation of the prisoners. He reminds them the French have are still suspicious of the Joes role in the Paris fiasco.

With begrudging compliance, the Joes release custody of CC and Destro to the new Presidential security force. (I liked the idea of the Crimson Guard walking behind a handcuffed CC and Destro as if their leading them on the plane) Hawk has Airborne secretly track them.

Snake Eyes (SE) is shown vigorously training at the pit through virtual enemies/obstacles. While his attacks are full of rage, he is caught with his guard down and gets knocked out. *Flashback* SE kills Storm Shadow (SS) who's body is shown sinking into the icy depths.*Flashforward* SE is revived by Doc and Scarlett. Embarrassed, SE storms off. Scarlett reveals concerns to Doc about SE's past. She also wonders what happend in the epic battle.

*Flashback*

SS's lifeless body slowly sinks down in the icy water as a battle is heard in the distance. What looks like a Cobra frogman retrieves SS's body to a small submarine about to escape the doomed underwater base. Dr. Mindbender informs the sub crew to the importance of their casualty. He manages to revive the ninja, but barely. Mindbender gives the sub pilots coordinates for a destination. After punching them in, a computer displays a virtual map location....a flashing triangle off the coast of the Bahamas. The sub escapes into dark waters.

*Flashforward*

The Presidents security forces are flying the prisoners over the Atlantic. One main airplane surrounded by four very MARS looking fighters. A shackled CC, donned in a dark, prison issue hood, inquires to Maj Bludd if the restraints are necessary. Bludd explains the military strategy of making sure they didn't have a tail. A tracking device planted by Breaker was discovered and destroyed just after take off. Once they get in range of their destination, all attempts to track them will be compromised.
Bludd makes a remark to a restrained Destro about his new look and the Baroness' defection to the Joes, almost egging him on. Destro headbutts Bludd, causing severe trauma to his left eye. CC laughs at the bickering but demands a truce. Looking out at the islands off the Puerto Rican coast, he reminds them how smoothly his plan has progressed for Cobra since their capture.

The Cobra fighters spot Airborne tracking them. Airfight ensues with Airborne taking out two fighters. Radioing the attack in, Airborne's radio signal crackles up. Racing after the prisoner plane, Airborne looses all power and communications. After the same happens to the prisoner plane, Destro informs the pilot to switch to auxilary remote power override. The prisoner plane loses power then quickly regains control. Airborne, not even able to eject, perishes.

Destro laughs,"when technology is on your side, the possibilities are endless" as the plane flies into darker and darker clouds.
"Commander, welcome to my island."

Raptor recruits some more top Cobra talent...Big Boa and Croc Master!!!!! Together they are building the most dangerous weapons to take over the world with the Buzz Boar, Pogo Pod, and .....Cobra Septic Tank (because any good org trying to take over the world must destroy it first with toxic waste).

The GI Joe team was captured by cobra agents in Springfield while investigating Cobra movements, so Hawk must call in for back-up. He makes a call and activates Battle Force 2000! BF2 gets into action with the Vector Jet, and rest of BF2 vehicles. Each vehicle is located in a different environment, and when Cobra appears they emerge from their different enviros to form the ......FUTURE FORTRESS, and they fight a giant robot with their giant sword held by robot lion....oh wait that is another 80's cartoon...

Meanwhile, Hawk is hypnotized by Crystal Ball to think he is a chicken laying an egg. With Hawk incapable of leading the Joes call in Colonel Courage to take command! The first item on his agenda....new neon fatigues! Col Courage calls in his best man to help fight the new Cobra, Ice Cream Soldier!

Meanwhile, Cobra troops have died due to operating the Septic Tanks, but some of these troops have mutated, and have become Monstro-vipers!

GI Joe call in their top agents to deal with this new threat...Eco Warriors!

All these ideas are really good- but the problem with them all is that they're too good! We aren't going to see anything like that because of how non in-depth RoC was. Maybe some of you guys should be submitting these ideas to Hasbro and not just posting them here. Thumbs up to you all! :)

I would like to see the Baroness break out CC and Destro on the Flagg. I just hope and pray she's a villain again, because if she isn't, that's just plain stupid.

here's my idea for ROC2

With CC and Destro imprisoned on the Flagg, the CC's top commanders, Major Bludd, Dr. Mindbender, and the Crimson twins plan thei escape.

the joes find out and attempt to stop it. Duke along with most of team A goes to the flagg. once their command of the security upgrade is given to Shipwreck who is in charge of the brig.

Duke goes to see Ana/Baroness who is having another surgery to remove her nanomites. While being prepped Ana is shot and the storage unit holding the nanomites that have already been removed is stolen. Duke holds ana as she dies. Then remwmbering about Rex and Destro runs down to the brig but is too late. his team is severly injured and the prisoners escaped.

After returning all wounded to the Pit. Duke and Hawk mobilize the B Team. Duke is destraught over ana's death and sends Snake-Eyes and new oprative Helix on a private mission for him.

Scarlett notices Duke's behavior and tries to help but he brushes her off. but she continues to follow him and when duke runs off after a communique(sp?) from helix, she follows. Duke has decided to go on a solo suicide mission to get rex.

Duke is doing ok but Scarlett pops up and is injured during a fire-fight with cobra troops. Duke carries her to safety and bandages her up.

then they have an argument over duke's stupidity for going in alone etc. Then he tells her why his been protective of her and they both admit to having feelings for oneanother and kiss.

then cobra troops find their hiding spot and the fire-fight resumes. but then Snake-eyes and helix show up and take out the cobras.

then B Team and Scarlett's support team show up and a big battle happens most of the cobras escape except mindbender.

plus we see why they took the nanomites. with a new Baroness emerges from mindbenders lab with only the Anastasia DeCombry info and no conection/feelings for duke

My Idea for G.I. Joe 2:

Storm Shadow returns to life through the Nanomites injected in his body. He searches and finds Snake Eyes and tells him who the real killer of their master is...

...Zartan, the disguised President of the United States.

Snake Eyes leaves G.I. Joe to plan an assassination of the president with Storm Shadow.

While disguised as President, Zartan releases Cobra Commander and Destro from prison, because their capturement was against international laws.
He blames G.I. Joe for the broken image of the US in the world and disbands the team.
CC and Destro's lawyers are the Crimson Twins and Zartan's personal bodyguard is Firefly with his team of Red Ninjas.

The disguised President even allows Cobra Commander to build his own nation on a remote island, Cuba Style.

Zartan also releases many Criminals out of the overfilled prisons, including the Dreadnoks, with the secret mission to overrun the country with crime.

Zartan, as president, acts helpless and calls the Cobra Nation to aid with troops to stop the crime wave on the streets.

The Cobra Troops, led by Major Bludd, drop into the country, G.I. Joe The Movie Intro Style. The Cobra Troops, welcomed by the people as helpers first, show their real intention very soon and bond together with the Dreadnoks.

Now it's up the former G.I. Joe Team to come out of hidding and show what real american heroes are.

The Showdown happens in Springfield. While Zartan helds a presidental speech Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow try to execute him. The Assassination fails because of Zartan's bodyguard Firefly. All hell breaks loose, it's two Ninjas Vs. Zartan/Firefly/many Red Ninjas and G.I. Joe vs. Cobra.

In the end G.I. Joe defeats Cobra and gets the real president back in charge.
