Dennis Quaid Talks the Tonight Show with Jay Leno

I just saw Dennis Quaid on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno tonight. Quaid talked about playing Hawk as the leader of the Joes and being scanned for an action figure. The coolest thing was that Jay busted out a MOSC Talking Battle Commander General Hawk (v2 of General Hawk), which Quaid said was an earlier version of his character.

Yeah, Leno's just about to end, I saw Leno's interview with Quaid just before GI Joe was mentioned.

Hello, I recorded the interview with Dennis Quaid where he talks about the G.I.Joe movie.

He actually says there is no G.I.Joe and that they are 'Joes.' Hmmmm

Then he went on to discuss being scanned for his G.I.Joe figure. Sounds like they have really got the ball rolling on the movie toys development.

what he meant by there "is no G.I.JOE" is that there id no character with the name "G.I.JOE"...he knows his stuff huh?

i really like Quaid and personally think (aside from Park) that this was the best casting...
