But if you take the ferry over in to Catano, there's a store in Levittown called "the New York Department Store". They always had a very nice selection of toys, so if they're still in business, I don't see why they wouldn't have a nice selection now :)

Damn! More Ricans.... The last time I went to the Plaza te Las Americas I found those 4 Puerto Rican cars for a dollar and some change. I'm going in April with my kids for a week because my aunt wants to meet my daughter. Anyway getting back on topic the Walmart in Isabella is were I found wave 1 when I was there and that was sure luck for me to find them there.

Anyway, SnowStorm, it's not "Super Toys R Us", just Toys R Us. It's just "super" because it's a friggin supersized one.

New York Department Store was in Catano (namely Levittown). As mentioned, it's been quite some time since I've been there, so I'm not sure if they're still open or not.

As for Ponce, Ponce is waaaaaaaaay far from the San Juan Metro area. (6 hours).

It's not that far, only about 2 to 2 1/2 hours from San Juan area on the highway 2 which crosses the middle of the island diagonally. Still a trek though.

Yeah, opened 1 set up the day i got them. Wave 6 has been hitting around here, i don't need them so i'm not hunting as hard. 1 buddy got one and another one found what was left of wave 5 and 6 (CC, Shipwreck, Beachhead, Serpentor). Haven't found any sightings of Wave3 CPs since we last met.

Hey guys I'm from Ponce and I'm currently living in Georgia since I'm gonna go to Art school in September. Anyways enough of me I just wanted to let you guys know that even thou is a little pain in the wallet especially gas money, but most of the stores I would find 25th Anniversary Joes was on the west side in Super K-mart in San German. Transformers and Joes would sit there for months.
Is not a collector area. Also in Toys R us Arecibo there is a good chance of finding new Gijoe stuff.

Mayaguez depends. In the north Area is difficult to find anything especially in Plaza Las Americas Mall or Toys R Us close to Plaza.

Plaza del Caribe is useless so dont even waste your time, I work at KB toys there for 6 months we would not get any Gijoe stuff for months cause the managers are idiots. By the way from San Juan to Ponce is just 1-hour in half trip. Trust me I lived in Ponce and work on Carolina for 2 years.
In Ponce there is a guy who basicly buys every figure to later sell them in comic books conventions twice the price. Plus there is a big collector scene in Ponce. Same as San Juan.

My girlfriends checks daily both K-mart and Walmart in Ponce and she only found Snow Job and restocks of wave 3.

But I'll keep you posted I'm going to PR in March and I'll be there for 5 days I was planning on checking some of the stores.

Anyways hope that helps.

Oh and by the way someone was joking about Puerto Rico being Mexico. Well I understand the joke to most people is just that but when you get constantly bashed or make fun of about the same thing all the time it gets highly annoying.

The only thing we have in common when it comes to culture is just that we speak spanish and is not even the same spanish they have very distintive accent, just as we have a peculiar way of expressing ourselves.

Still no harm done. Let's get back at something we all have in common: Our love for Gijoe.

My girlfriend call me yesterday pick up a couple of Cobra Air Troopers.

She said that they were out of Firefly and Zartan.

But lost Stalkers and Shipwrecks. Plus Duke, Roadblock, Gung-Ho, Destro, Cobra Commander and Air Troopers.

All you see in toy/retail stores is tons and tons of the wave 1-3 comic packs and the occasional Serpentor, Crimson Guard, Air Trooper and Cobra silver emblem Trooper. I got lucky a few weeks ago when I got a BA CC, IG Destro, Torpedo and Snow Job in Pitusa of Mayaguez, each of them for $4.99(the cheapest price for joes I've seen in any of the retail stores).

It's great to see fellow joe fans here.

I got lucky a few weeks ago when I got a BA CC, IG Destro, Torpedo and Snow Job in Pitusa of Mayaguez, each of them for $4.99(the cheapest price for joes I've seen in any of the retail stores).
