just saw trailers for this and it looks sweet its another rpg FPS style game like Fallout but cell style with tons of weapons !! and a madmax feel to it ? anyone else hear or like the look of it?

Yeah, I saw a preview of it on "X-Play" a few weeks ago and then started Youtubing it. Looks awesome from what I've seen so far. I know it's a DEFINITE renter, but I might go ahead and buy it instead. Zelda Windwaker and Prince of Persia (360) got me HOOKED on cell shading in videogames. It's now my videogame "crack". :D

i dont like the cutout look , i wish it was gritty and real looking .. if you can , watch the very first trailer .. looks like beyond thunderdome and looked sweet

It definitely looks like they could have a hit on their hands, but i'm going to hold off on picking it up until the reviews come out. I don't mind the art-style change so much as long as they can deliver the goods.

It's on my buy list. I'm really looking forward to it. I actually dig the change they made (there's dozens of realistic shooters out there at any given time-so I think the new art style makes it stand out from the crowd a bit)

I have been waiting for this one for what seems like eons, ever since i read an article in a gaming mag a while back. Super excited that they are finally getting close to releasing it, wanna pick this one up for the PS3 after a while.

The very concept of free random modular weapons sytems is mind-blowing. The computer has a list of thousands of parts for weapons and ammo it can mix and match and sprinkle throughout the game, resulting in millions of combinations. They basically said that if you took every shooter made for the X-Box 360 and PS3, put them together, then double that, this game still has more guns... by an order of magnitude.

This is one of the reasons I'm getting a 360 soon.
