Back in May, we reported (http://www.toyark.com/news/general-toy-news-49/jurassic-park-toys-return-to-toy-r-us-for-2009-1262/) word that Hasbro was releasing a new line of Jurassic Park toys. All we had, back then, was word from UK Toys "R" Us employees. Slowly we began to receive official images. Now Hasbro has officially announced the North American release of Jurassic Park as a Toys "R" Us exclusive line, due this Fall.

See images of the toys Here (http://www.toyark.com/news/general-toy-news-49/new-official-photos-of-jurassic-parks-return-1385/) and Here (http://www.toyark.com/news/general-toy-news-49/jurassic-park-tyrannosaurus-rex-1510/). Click the headline of the story for the full Jurassic Park Press Release.

Yeah, that original T-rex was great, with the audio sounds like stomping and the scream. Also had the "Battle Damage" Triceratops and the Baby T-rex, but the big T-rex was one of the coolest toys ever. Wish I'd hung onto it. :(

I still have my Dr. Grant and Ian Malcolm figures around here somewhere, though.

I have seen them at my TRU for a while now. Way overpriced, I doubt any have moved. I think the originals are available for a lot cheaper on eBay. I wouldn't mind getting a couple velociraptors, but these things are more expensive than Joe Alpha vehicles!

no interest unless they release a book accurate Muldoon w/ tranq missile launcher.....which is probably a longshot at best....

saw the smaller size electronic dinos for 18 dollars. kinda crazy pricing. you can score the old ones on ebay in a lot for way less or 5-10 bucks for each one.

$18, really?

That sucks, I was going to get some, but not if they're that much.

They are releasing the mongo sized T-Rex. I might think about that, especially if it goes on sale. Those are still big bucks on eBay. But the smaller ones can rot on the shelves
