This is just a healthy reminder that, officially, the Transformers Movie toys are now out to purchase at retail. Stores that had blocks in their computers, like WalMart and KMart, should have those blocks removed so you can purchase your items.
Make sure to visit www.tfw2005.com for complete coverage of this event.

I don't think I'll be picking up any of these :(
Although some look to be great molds....
Well...maybe I'll buy just one :D

Hey Destro what do you think of Robo Vision Prime? I am tempted to get it, but am divided over that and the regular voyager Prime. I like the mettalic paint job, but all the photos on the net make the blue look too bright. I am hoping in person it is not as bright as it looks on the net.

I grabbed the Robot Heroes packs with Soundwave and Ravage last night. I may pick up one or two of the real gear ones but that'll probably be it.....need to save money for 25th anniversary figures :D

I grabbed.... nothing. :( None of my local stores had anything at all, except for one Leader class Prime that's been there for a week.
I hate living in the boondocks.

Well im all about Collection Optimus Prime Toys so to me Ill keep one in Truck Mode and the other in Robot. The reason I like the Robo-Vision one so much is the Box. They both look good to me. But for $5.00 more the Robo-Vision is not really worth it unless you collect sealed items and Optimus Prime.

Thanks man! Me and my brother ventured out to see what launch day was like, and we saw it at a local target. We also saw more people at the tf endcap then there usually is! This is a good sign.
I took a good look at Robo vision prime several times and it looks a ton better in person. Most of the online pics showed him with a blue that was way too bright, in person its darker and no where near as bright.
It looks very intricate and detailed for the size, and the silver mettalic paint apps make it look great. The box is awesome as well though I wonder if I will be able to keep it, or if it will go in the trash(I only keep the boxes if they can be reused to store the figure in storage, like the binaltech boxes or the reissue boxes).
I have decided to pick him up!
BTW guys, starting sunday, I heard from seibertron.com that target will have robovision prime for $19.99, deluxes for $7.99, and every other TF item for 10% off!
The sale will last till next saturday.

I picked up all the mainline stuff, the 3 Target basics, and Robo Prime but leader class Megs was no where to be seen. HTS has free shipping on him so maybe I'll just order him there

I agree man! Add to that, Hasbro getting the ML license, and the Star Wars TAC! Well this make me happy at least.
The anniversary joes look GREAT, and the Transformer movie toys are AWESOME~~! I knew they would be but they are more awesome than I thought they would be!
