this version of him, I say he does not seemed to fit in the original gi joe continuity (marvel run of gijoe comics to america's elite series). He's just right for the sigma6 era.

I didn't care much for this version and I would not think about this version to be in the america's elite series from the original gijoe continuity. this version of him can join the sigma6 era.

he appeared in battle files source book, I rather like him in his original flamethrower gear from 1984 instead. this version is just right for the sigma6 story!
