Sigma 6 Star Wars:Could it work?

I think it could! Picture this. 8" star wars figures, with the same articulation and body types of sigma6, with similarly styalized sculpts. (new tooled parts and frankensteined sculpts).

With this made, these would blow away the previous force battlers.

Instead of sigma6/gijoe/cobra symbols on the weapons crates/lockers, replace them with either rebel alliance logos or the imperial navy logo.

For example in soldier class:

Han-Stormtrooper outfit
Stormtrooper
Luke-Stormtrooper outfit
Death Star Gunner
Snow trooper
Scout trooper
Emperor Palpatine
Yoda
ROTS Anakin
ROTS Obi Wan
Rebel Honor Guard

Commando class:

Darth Vader(w/removable panels, helmet, faceplate, parts)
Tatooine Luke(w/moisture farm accessory)
Galactic Marine(with removable helmet, dissassemblable gun, grenades)
C-3PO w/R2-D2

X-wing Luke(w/removable helmet, flight harness, lightsaber and hilt, blaster, holster, grenades)*variant=Wedge, Biggs or Hobbie*
Bespin Luke(w/removable hand, antenna he was hanging from, lightsaber and hilt, blaster and holster)

Just a thought. The beauty of the sigma 6 and the ongoing 8" line lay in the accessories, combined with a consistent overall look and full articulation. The same cannot be said about the Force Battlers. So that is why I think this line would work.

Sounds like a good idea but they would have to look really damn cool for me to add another toy line to my already too large collection

well, since i already have palpatine, glider/blaster cape vader, g. grievous, anakin, obi wan, yoda, han- storm trooper, and luke, they would have to promise to make a darth maul and a kit fisto for me to buy....
