User name help

Hi, as you can see I am megatronkicksas and recently I have had problems logging into TFW. I can't go to TFW for help for obvious reasons so I figured this was the next best ting. Please any help would would be much appreciated, I miss TFW.

I created another user name and talked to them too, that had no help.
