The guys at JoeCustoms came up with some exclusives for the Joe Meet this year.

They really captured the Coal Region theme in these figures...and they look hella cool!!

A third exclusive was released...but I can't remember his name...the 8 hours I spent there litterally flew by. For now...I call him Sulphur:

A special thanks goes out to those guys who took the time to make these figures...they truly are awesome, and capture the theme.

BTW...this was just one of two meets they have planned for the year. They are planning a fall meet in the Allentown area...which isn't too far off for you Jersey people (looks at Destro). LOL

Keep an eye on Joe Customs...and I will be sure to post any updates I see on the subject. Its not a national convention...but it is one hell of a great time.

Joes, beer, food, trivia contests, trades, getting tips on customizing first hand with actual custom subjects in hand, conversing face to face with someone who is just as much into joes as yourself...its an awesome way to spend a day!!

Sounds like a good time. The closest thing like that around here is in Kane county near Chicago, twice a year and its all sorts of toys, not just Joe

I like that someone put those funskool figures to good use

The day literally flew by again this year. It seemed like we were there about 2 hours...then I look at my watch and it was going for 7 o'clock.

Why doesn't the 8 hours I spend at work fly by like these 8 hours did. LOL

Hey Apac, when's the fall meeting? My friend and I are interested and since I only live 30 min from Allentown that would be awesome.

Sorry Nem....it already occurred...it was back in August. There is another in the works for the Spring...I will let you know once everything is hammered out with it. We are meeting up at the Old Toyland Show in Schnecksville this Sunday...let me know if you are interested ...I will pm you the info on it.

Oh yeah, I remember you telling me earlier this month. Things have been crazy lately, a lot of work. I don't think I can make it this Sunday. I am interested in the Spring meet.
