Well here is some news.......
There will be a new priority pre-order coming down the line next week.

Why is he in comic colours! I would so consider buying it but now he won't match the trooper.

vader, sweet! I have to get one more trooper so I can have one officer and 2 troopers behind my COBRA Commander!! will look sick in my display case!!!

looking foward to your review as we might get these quickly/asap, since they are not PPO's.

Hmm, no exclusive means I can wait to get this one... It's nice though. I will definitely get one down the line, although I do agree, I would have preferred non comic-colours/silver emblem.

PLaced me an order, I like the way they are really spread out, helps mitigate thier costs. Just keep em going. It would be badass to see em make some Resolute style figures especially Snake Eyes...

I too just want 1 officer to go with my 2 troopers I ordered to go with my SDCC Crimson CC! It will be epic to see them together...and then Add Firefly sometime later and my Cobra troops would be complete unless they make a seriously awsome Destro or Zartan.

Nein! You are not alone.

Nazi-esque helmet is cool, but the yellow straps make it look like a giant Comicbook Pack Scarred Cobra Officer. Nothing says urban camoflage like bright yellow. I suppose you could just rit dye the web gear. And even though it's an even bigger target for snipers, I miss the silver cobra insignia.

Yah I'm not down with the comic colors. I would buy it if had silver sigil and a black mask and harness...

This does look sharp, but I do agree, classic-figure colors would be much better. Though I understand why they cost as much as they do, the price tag has so far discouraged me from buying any. If they do a really nice Destro, Crimson Guard, Iron Grenadier, or more unique Cobra troops, I may have to consider buying some of these.

Those yellow straps are for guard duty in the throne room:)
