Reasons For Changes In ROC??

Have there been any interviews online for G.I.Joe:TROC with the director, writers, or producers that have explained their reasoning for some of the changes(Heavy Duty/Roadblock, HD's alias, ethnicities, relationships, location of The Pit, international heroes?) done to the Real American Heroes most of us are used to? I know there was the reasoning for why Cobra Commander was without his hood(I guess the KK is too evil even for fictional terrorists), but I haven't seen anything else. I remember there being a lot of reasons for the changes they made to the Transformers in Bay's inital craptacular outing.

yes the guy wanted to do a bond movie and the writers wanted to do action man. thats it in a nut shell. Oh the director didnt know anything about joe so he went in to a comic shop and bought up all the comics they had. who knows witch ones. it was posted in one of the movie topics.

Maybe the reason they changed Roadblock for heavy duty was Maybe he had something against Biloxi? (Maybe the director lost money here at the casinos). I wish Roadblock was in it!

well with HD at least he is not his cousin like in Spy Troops movie lol. he has been the replacement for Rb since 2002. he got booted in Spy troops , VvV & S6. In 91 Hd was a great charter then they killed him with the cousin thing. thats when hasbro or who every decided to blend the 2 charters together.
