I know...Lady Jaye is not in Sigma 6 but for me, in that GI Joe alternate reality, she would be alive and would be a member and still be happy with Flint :)

Like the Scarlett, I used Poser 6 and Adobe Photoshop CS3.

This one was a long one. Looking through the various figure versions at Yojoe.com and the current card for the 25th Anniversary.

One thing I kept going back and forth is her small pouty lips. Did I want that? Did I not want that? I decided somewhere in the middle.

Then I thought about the way she has her shirt unzipped. If she was in Sigma 6, would she have her suit similar to the GI Joe verse. At first I didn't do it that way but then I thought...the unzipped shirt is what makes Lady Jaye one of the most recognizable in the team.

Then I thought about the hair. Go short like 1984 or longer or somewhere in the middle. I decided that shoulder length was good enough.

And then the hat...I decided to go the 2006 2-pack way without the hat.

And as for the weapon, at first I had the pistol like the 2-pack and then I had a machine gun...but with Sigma 6, you have to go with some crazy weapon and thus used the similar weapon that I used for Scarlett and save the crazy weapons more for the guys.

Then I struggled for how she would hold the gun. At first I wanted to do something similar to the original card but then I thought, maybe that would be too much focusing on the cleavage. So I decided against it.

As for the face, at first I made her model hot but then again, I thought about all the toys that came out for her character. I always imagined especially from the cartoon that she was cute, probably tomboyish but not to make her to overly hot or diva-ish. Something natural.

For those wondering what I used...character based model of Victoria 3, uzilite clothing, stonemason prop and bits and pieces from others.

Oh, forgot to mention...does anyone have any clear hi-res images of the G.I. Joe original logo, a cobra logo.... vector or hi-res by any chance?

Thanks in advance!

Hmm, somehow I missed this. I like it; though I'd do it a little differently - crop the edges a little, mostly.

The stairs are awfully bright, though. I don't know what your lighting setup is, but you may want to back off whatever's illuminating those stairs a bit. They're washing out.

A second render... Wanted to try a different lighting setup as Vagabond Elf posted. Also, change things a bit...with the hair and face. But I guess it comes to preference of either you like v1 or v2.

I like that lighting a lot better, but I think the old skin texture looks better. The hair I could go either way on - though isn't LAdy Jay brunette, not a redhead? I don't recall.

You need to find a cap, though; that's her trademark, right. Off the top of my head PoserWorld has one, though you'd need a subscription if you don't have that yet.

I thought about the hat...but I noticed in the comic pack she didn't have one. But I'm still deciding on the hat, there are several places to get a similar model but it depends on the modeler and also the price. I found one with a good one but it's at $29... I don't want to spend that much just for a hat.

As for the color of her hair, at first I went brunette but then I looked at the latest figure and it's redish.

But yeah, I'll need to fix the hair because with Scarlett and Cover Girl both red heads, need to make her hair a bit darker but still messing around with it and will get to a version 3 on it soon.
