Cannot use my avatar?

Everytime I try to use an avatar it tells me that the file is not found or that the picture isn't a valid picture form? What am I doing wrong?

^^ Yeah I finally got one, but I really want a jpeg pic of Heatviper and the only pics I've got of him are Bmp format? I even tried adding the pic to my photobucket account and use it that way, but I guess I did something wrong because it tells me invalid picture format!

If you save the bmp as a jpg you should be able to use it. You can do that with MSPaint.

See what filetype the picture is you're trying to upload, Scarlett. I added a temporary one for now.
