At least the Baroness and Destro get captured. I was afraid for second that they were going to get gunned down too.

I thought his head was going to explode when Roadblock hit him in the head with the grenade from the launcher.

Then I thought that was a bomb that they threw at Baroness and Destro, so I thought they were dead, but no.

I just wish when they showed the close up of Destro's head after they were captured there would have been a big dent in his mask from getting hit with the grenade :)

The gripes about spoilers are a little annoying (I emphasize "a little" cause I do understand the frustration).

This is a discussion forum... Everyone one knows that the episodes are on Adult Swim. So go check there first and then visit the Tank. If you click on a thread titled "Episode #9 up", click on the link and go watch it. Don't scroll down the page, find out that your favorite character is going to die, and then post something grumbling about spoilers.

Episode 9 & 10 are up today, so what is the Tank going to be discussing...hmmmm...those two episodes???

Its like the one guy at work that didn't go see the new movie last weekend and doesn't want anyone else to talk about it 'cause they choose to wait another week or two. Kind of a buzz kill. Mini rant over.

I know a lot of the fun especially with this series is the shock factor. Just be patient and stay away from the Tank until you get the chance to see it. Pretty simple.

I am not trying to start a flame war here... This is not a thread labeled ep 9, it's rather ambiguous. Which may lead the curious to open it up before watching. I think that's why people are getting out of sorts. This thread is the least of the offenders.

It's ones like yesterday's where I logged on to the tank to get the youtube link 3 minutes after ep 8 was supposed to go up and what's the first thread "poor Roadblock and Gung Ho". Which has since been changed.

Monday had the gem, "They killed Bazooka!" Later moved in a discussion forums by the mods.

It's internet 101 if the title of your thread is a specific plot point, you're a douche. Something generic like "Ep 9 discussion" would suffice. The spoiler would be implied. Anyone who clicks on that with out having watched, then they're the idiot.

The series has been so sweet. I've just avoided the Tank until adultswim.com has posted the new episodes for the day. Just don't want to take a chance on ruining my enjoyment, because logging onto a forum like this is opening a can of worms. That's just my solution. Might not work for everyone, but the patience has definitely paided off for me.

The worst by far thou is when duke and scarlett are standing back to back with cobra troops 5 to 10 ft away and dont get killed! lol just my 2cents

Second, Duke is bad ass, so all you haters...and it is odd that the word hate is being used since this is a cartoon...all you haters can learn to live with it cause it happened. Why does Duke get such a bad wrap? I think it's more show that actual dislike. Even if you DO dislike the guy, that much anger and spite? I don;t like some characters in the Joe-verse, but my god I don't loath their very existence.

Finally - and it would hurt me if true - What if Duke died at the hands of Zartan after Scarlett ran up to short out the weapon? What if Zartan - injured from being shot - disguised himself as Duke and is now infiltrating Joe headquarters? The show cut to Scarlett since Duke was hurt and had to take his time. Zartan kills him off screen and then assumes his appearance. I thought Duke had a faint accent just as he made it up the stairs then went to sounding like Duke again... I'll have to rewatch to confirm that since my daughters kid show was on in the background and my wife was oblivious to the fact that I Wasn't paying attention to her as I was in fact watching a show on the internet.

I hate to think Duke dead...but it would be a crazy twist to end the show.
