Welcome to the General Discussion Forum!

HissTank.com has relaunched, and we have some empty ass forums!

Use this place to talk about non-Joe stuff. Open field, anything goes. No deliberate spam or post count bumping.

Make sure to check the themes for the other forums first to see if your post should be in a more specific place. If not, post away.

General guidelines: Keep it PG-13, don't harrass others, cursing to a minimum.

Overall, we are trying to build a modern age G.I. Joe collector site. One that focuses on the products and characters both from the past and that are coming out today. Help us do so by getting in on the ground floor today!

As in all forums during this relaunch phase, we are looking for moderators. If you are interested in being a moderator, this is what you will need to do.

In public:
Post in the forums you moderate regularly.
Log in and post at least once a day.
Lock threads that are inappropriate or have gotten out of control.
Move threads to other forums if they are posted in the wrong spot.
Warn users who are behaving inappropriately (privately and publicly).

On the admin side:
Participate in staff discussions about misbehaving users offering input on resolving the issue.
Suggest and/or implement temporary and permanent bannings on a site wide and forum specific level.
Suggest changes to the board or site.
Help create new ways to make the forum fun.
Create "content" - optional (joe resource type stuff).

Perks:
Access to the private forums for staff only.
Inclusion in the Forum Leaders Moderators Usergroup.
Higer PM inbox limits
No restriction on signatures, user titles, or avatars.
Ability to attend special events in the industry on behalf of Hisstank.com depending on availability.
Sharing of insider info (if we get any we can't post publicly).

If you are interested, PM DESTRO here on the boards.

Enjoy everyone!

Hi, I'm Flint071, I'm an avid collector of both 12" G.I. Joe figures and 3 3/4" figures starting with the 25th Anniversary line.

In the past, I collected Spytroops, VvV and whatever other abominations were out there to quench my desire for all things Joe.

I dabble with customs (very poorly).

My first JoeCon was in 2010 in Rhode Island and I had a blast.

I'm thrilled to have a community of people where I can enjoy all things Joe, and at the same time interact on different levels with people who share the same interests, or at least love the Joe like I do.

See you all in the General Discussion Threads.....muhahahahaha
