Which kind of pet lover are you? I'm a dog person through and through. I have a female cat that doesn't know the meaning of the word quiet.

I love dogs but am allergic. Never thought I'd be a cat person but I am now. I've been lucky to have had a couple cats with lots of personality. Some times too much.

My preference is dogs simply because dogs are more fun to play with. I do have two cats also which are great too.

Can't choose. I truly can't. Love both dogs and cats. Currently only have two cats, as rental living makes having dogs impractical. But I have had some great dog friends in the past.

I only like dogs if they are quiet and don't stink. Which is to say I don't like many dogs.

I do like Siberian Husky and other wolf-type dogs, though. If I had a dog it would be that.

Dogs all the way, allergic to cats but have had some befor. Dogs are all around a much better friend/pet and seem to be smarter too.

My buddy has a cat that doesn't quite fit the mold of most cats...he's co-dependent, lays around on the couch with him and doesn't just dart off for no reason...as soon as he walks in the door he goes ape sh!t and won't stop flipping all over the place until he's held...it's odd, but still funny. He calls him Slo, because
he's a "special needs" cat and because he got him in San Luis Obispo

I only like dogs if they are quiet and don't stink...

thats the main reason i don't like dogs either...most of the time, if you touch one, you smell like dog and often times are left with a grimy feeling on your hand, or their slobber as the just HAVE to lick you...if you pet a cat however, you are left the same way as you were before you touched it...

also, if you own a dog, it's like having a kid to care for...cats, if i leave him alone for a week, he will eat his food (not all at once mind you), take a dump and wiz in an appropriate place and not tear the house to shreads...

i will admit though, that dogs are much more loving...

I'm more of a dog person.Big dogs that is.Never cared for the little ones.They are all bark and no action.Any dog that you can kick across a house isn't going to protect you from much.

Personally I don't own either, but I choose Dogs over Cats. I've rarely ever gotten along with any cat and being alergic to them does not help.

I do like dogs but I do not live in a big enough place as I don't agree with keeping animals caged up inside a house. If I ever get a bunch of land I would own dogs.

I tend to like the larger variety, especially Doberman, German Shepard, Husky etc.
