Impossible! His legs and feet are not tied down so he would of kicked ( His name is Quick Kick) the sword out of SS hands or at least deflected the deathstroke somehow and his arms are being held down by just 2 guards like that at that angle..., no way! He is a martial arts expert and would have gotten out of that as well...Quick Kick lives!

SE is a commando/ninja/mute while Quick Kick is silent weapons/martial arts/funny guy. So definitely he is needed. Inspired by Bruce Lee? Maybe so, but altogether a quite different and memorable character. No one will miss another "Fred" being silently offed w/ a sai. They all look and act the same.
