We all love mcnuggets. Although, it may very well be retired circus animals. They taste great regardless.

Gave up McDonalds as a new years resolution only things I miss from there are the Cherry Pies and Nuggets; Gamble I am with u I miss the dark meat nuggets as well. Burger King only thing I like from there is breakfast. For a burger meal I go to Whataburger a Texas Burger Chain a bit pricy but portions are great; if I am low on cash then its Sonic or Wendy's. As soon as December 28 rolls around I will chomp on some nuggets and cherry pies once again.

Overall.... MC D's for me, although I hardly touch the crap. I think that most of us would agree tho that no one place has the best EVERYTHING.

Some chains have better "this" then "that," and yes..since they're usually always close to each other I have on occasion, ordered one thing from one place, then gone on to the next to get something else. I can be a picky eater.

More often than not McD's food is old and or cold, not to mention they've had the same boring shit for years. Oh wow, every once in a while McD's will offer a new twist to their tired ass chicken sandwich, big deal.

At least BK gets new stuff on a regular basis and they have onion rings for Christ sake. Sure BK's sandwiches are sloppy, so what they're delicious and never cold.

I make allowances in fast food once in awile, mainly In-N-Out, our local North West favorite Dick's Deluxe (Hats off to Mixalot), the odd craving for Popeye's or the occasional Jack attack after a night of heavy drinking, I stay away from junkfood.

I picked BK mainly because I like their burgers better and have the option for onion rings. But I go to McD's a lot more though and love their dollar options. The kids like McD a little better (but they are usually happy anywhere that has a play area). BK seems to have issues being "fast" with their fast food. McD seems a lot faster on the draw.

In terms of best burgers (local to VA), here's my top three:
1. Five Guys (I always crave them when I get back in the country)
2. Red Robin (I love me some gormet bbq burger, bottomless fries ain't bad either)
3. Fuddruckers (simple, effective, yummy)

I've eaten In & Out when I visited CA and can only wish they were available here. I'd put them up there with Five Guys.

I've heard good things about Cheeburger Cheeburger, but the place has been packed with rugrats every time I tried to go there, so I haven't tried them yet.

BK burgers McD's fries however I cant have either. Although I am a fan of McD's sublimenal advertising/brainwashing as in they pump the smell of fresh fries out of their building to tease and tantalize the senses of any who may pass by. Very diabolical

Generally, I like BK burgers, but I hate BK fries. Mcdonalds fries are good, but I've never come across anyone that can beat crinkle cut frozen fries fried to perfect crispness at home.
